| Friction and wear extensively exists in the kinematic pair of different kinds of active machine, so the study on the friction and wear of metals has rolled into a extraordinary hot research subject. According to the statistics, one third part of once resource is expended on the loss of the friction. Over 70% of unreliable machine produced by wear. According to the estimate of England, America, Germany, and Japan .etc, every year the loss of the money spent on the friction and wear gets to thousands of billion dollars. As for a developed industrialized country, the economic loss caused by friction and wear costs 1~2% of Gross National Product every year. Thereby it is very meaningful to advance the working abilities and lifetime of machine and gain huge economic benefit and social benefit by dealing with friction and wear correctly.Now the normal method to solve the friction and wear is to change the material, surface coat and surface heat treatment. In the paper we mainly according to the wear resistance property of non-surface of some biology, on the basis of wear resistance theory of soil animals,nine kinds of bionic non-smooth forms specimens are designed. We take the dipping lubricating oil test, dripping lubricating oil test and dry friction test under the certain temperature and loads.Applying the theory of the test optimization, the paper is organized and the test project is established with the orthogonal polynomial regressing design. The test study of the bionics through-hole models with non-smooth surface is tested on the machine called JF150-â…¡steady velocity tester. As the result of it we get the regressing equation with the factors of diameter and space of the through-hole. And at last we get the regressing equation with the wear depth and the test factors (diameter of the through-hole and space of it).In the dripping test, the primary and secondary factors are the diameter and the space of the through-hole.The data analysis indicate that the best parameter combination is A2B2(the diameter is 2.5mm and the space is 5mm),at last we get the regressing equation with the parameter of the wear depth and the through-hole.Through the analysis of the factors effect we find that the fit non-smooth shape could reduce the wear depth of the material efficiently. And the wear resistance of the best bionics through-hole is 68.78% better than the plat specimen.And in the dipping test we get the best parameter is also the A2B2,the regressing equation is just as follows:And the wear resistance of the best bionics through-hole is 70.20% better than the plat specimen.In the dry friction test we take the test applying different loads,the test shows that under certain temperament and fitting stress, the effect of through-hole is better than the plat specimen,but when the stress is bigger than fitting stress,the wear resistance start to reduce.The reasons why the bionic through-hole has wear resistance ability are as follows: small frictional contact area,lubricative status improved,heat dissipation and cleaning function.It is educed through three-dimensional friction contact analysis and three- dimensional frictional heat transmission analysis which contact friction stress,contact pressure and equivalent stress are gotten that the non-smooth through-hole can distributing stress uniformly and weaken stress concentration is very helpful to improve wear resistance and lubricant status. |
