Supramolecular chemistry as a interdisciplinary subject showed a promising future in the course of development in recent decades.Because of the particular recognition between crown ether and secondary dialkylalnmonium salts,the host-guest chemistry based on the system of crown ether and secondary dialkylalnmonium salts has been the research hotspots in the field of chemistry.In this paper a large number of classic literature were consulted about superamolecular chemistry,including the assembly and categories of molecular machine and the system based on the molecular recognition between crown ether and secondary ammonium salt system,etc.The research method and progress of these respects in recent years were analyzed and introduced in this report.And several compounds which could be used to modify the supermolecular system were introduced in this report too.In this report crown ether was embellished with 1,10-phenanthroline and levodopa.1,10-phenanthroline and the complex of 1,10-phenanthroline with ruthenium were introduced to crown ether through a iminazole,and these structures could give crown ether excellent optical performance.Then the linear molecule whose centre is a secondary dialkylalnmonium salts discerned with modificatory crown ether,and completed the program of piercing and sealing end,and three rotaxanes were got.To compound the linear molecule contain multiple recognition sites,the work to extend existing linear molecule were implemented.The synthesis routes of the compounds which could embellish the inear molecule were studied and designed,and the synthesis routes were improved and optimized in the process of the actual experiment.And several compounds with decorative significance and some import intermediates were got.When the linear which were extended assembled with crown ether,a series of supramolecular systems were got,and those supramolecular systems contain many recognition sites.And under the stimulation of light and electricity,acid and base and so on,relative shift would be occurred between the host and guest of those supramolecular systems.All of this could cause physical and chemical properties of supramolecular systems in different degree of changes.At the same time,the validity of the target product and important intermediate in the synthesis process were affirmed by means of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectra and elemental analysis.
