Foam carbon material is a kind of porous carbon material with excellent performance, which is widely used in aerospace, catalyst carrier and other fields. In this paper, polyurethane foam was used as a template, glucose was used as a carbon source and inorganic montmorillonite(MMT)was used as inorganic oxide precursor to prepare inorganic doped foamed carbon materials;according to the size of micro-high-pressure fixed-bed reactors, polyurethane sponges of corresponding shapes and sizes were cut out,and inorganic-doped foamed carbon materials(PMC-2)were prepared using these as template and were studied separately.Hydrogenation,Sulfur Hydrogenation, and Hydrodesulfurization Performance of Ni/PMC-2 and Pt/PMC-2 catalysts prepared by equal volume impregnation and vacuum impregnation;Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and raman spectroscopy(Raman),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and chemical adsorption(H2-TPD)elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and other analytical techniques for the prepared inorganic doped carbon materials and The catalyst was analyzed and characterized.Research indicates:(1)Using glucose as carbon precursor, montmorillonite as the inorganic oxide precursor, and using the urethane sponge as the template, the inorganic oxides doped with sponge pore structure can be successfully prepared through hydrothermal reaction and adsorption.Styrofoam carbon material, and the adsorption preparation method can regulate the content of inorganic substances in the prepared foamed carbon material through multiple adsorption methods. The inorganic doped foamed carbon material prepared by secondary adsorption has a certain function of activating hydrogen molecules and is more suitable for a catalyst carrier involved in hydrogenation reaction.(2)An inorganic oxide-doped foamed carbon material(PMC-2)matching to the size of a micro-high pressure reaction fixed bed was prepared by an adsorption preparation method, and further molded into Ni/PMC-2 and Pt/PMC-2 by equal volume impregnation.Compared with Ni/MMT and Pt/MMT catalysts prepared with montmorillonite as catalyst, this type of shaped catalyst exhibits superior naphthalene hydrogenation performance, and the TOF is increased by 2.1 times.Due to the single metal(Ni,Pt)as the active component, the Ni/PMC-2 and Pt/PMC-2 catalysts are deactivated by sulfur poisoning and have poor stability in hydrogenation, sulfur and hydrodesulfurization reactions.(3)Vacuum impregnation is an effective way to obtain highly dispersed Ni/PMC-2 catalysts.Compared to the isothermal impregnation method, the dispersion of the Ni/PMC-2 catalysts with vacuum impregnation increased by about 2.4 times, and correspondingly, the hydrogenation activity of naphthalene increased by 3.2 times.Vacuum impregnation method is conducive to the promotion of the adsorption and dispersion of metal salt solution,so that the catalytic performance is greatly improved, however, sulfur poisoning will continue to lose its activity for forming Pt/PMC-2catalysts,vacuum impregnation has no catalytic effect on catalyst dispersion and hydrogenation performance due to the low loading of platinum.
