"Living"/controlled atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)is an effective method for preparing molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP),which has good control over the end group,composition,structure and relative molecular mass of the polymer.In this paper,electrochemically mediated atom transfer radical polymerization(e ATRP)performed by using SOD as both a template molecule and a catalyst for the preparation of protein imprinted polymer(PIP).This method doesn't require transition metal ions,and has the advantages of simple preparation,reagent saving and environmental protection.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The gold electrode modified with L-cysteine and nanogold(Au/Lcys/nano Au)was chosen as the cathode of e ATRP,which can reduce Cu(II)to Cu(I)in SOD.SOD imprinted polymer was prepared by using acrylamide(AM)as functional monomer and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)as cross-linker on the 4-mercaptophenyl2-bromo-2-methylpropanoate(4-HTP-Br)modified electrode.It was characterized by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Under optimal conditions,the PIP was successfully used for detecting SOD by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).The linear response range was 1.0×10-7?100 mg/L with a low detection limit of 6.8×10-8 mg/L(S/N=3),and the correlation coefficient was 0.995.2.On the basis of the previous work,considering that ionic liquid is non-volatile,non-flammable,conductive,high viscosity,stable in nature,molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by e ATRP with 1-vinyl-3-propyl imidazole sulfonate as functional monomer,N,N-Methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)as crosslinker.The MIP was characterized by CV,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and Scanning electron microscope(SEM)Under the optimal conditions,the modified electrode was used to detect SOD by DPV,the linear response range was 1.0×10-8?100 mg/L,and the detection limit was 8.9×10-9 mg/L(S/N=3)with a correlation coefficient of 0.995.
