Different open solvent polymerization method were used in this paper to synthesis of anew type of restricted access media of molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs), the maincontents include the following two parts:The first part was choose4,6-Dichloropyrimidine as pseudo-template, by using atomtransfer radical polymerization and molecular imprinting technique to synthesise polymers,the other materials cuprous chloride was used as the catalyzer,2,2-bipyridine(BPY) wasused as the ligand, benzyl chloride was used as the initiator, glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)was used as the monomer, the solvent was cyclohexanone. Through orthogonal test to get theoptional experiment condition for the sulfonamide compound was5:20:1molar ratio oftemplate,monomer and ligand at60℃for5h. Hydrolysis of the polymers to get the absorptionof sulfamonomethoxine (SMM), sulfadiazine (SD), sulfamethazine (SM2) andsulfamethoxazole (SMZ) by MIPs were1.14mg g-1,0.89mg g-1,0.69mg g-1,1.31mgg-1,While the non-molecularly imprinted polymers (NIPs)were0.78mg g-1,0.57mg g-1,0.51mg g-1,0.82mg g-1. Prepare solid phase extraction column by self and to study absorptioncapacity of the sulfonamide compounds residue in milk, the recovery rate of the method was86.6%-92.4%with relative standard deviations of1.59%-4.32%, and the limit of detectionwas0.004-0.010μg mL-1.Part II was choose4,4’-oxybisbenzenamine as pseudo-template,Through orthogonal testto get the optional experiment condition for the pyrethroid compounds: template of0.2g;GMA of6.93mL; BPY of11.5mg, the adsorption of polymer to bifenthrin maximum. Preparesolid phase extraction column by self and to determine the pesticide residues in tea accordingGC-MS. the recovery rate of the method was74.4-84.1%with relative standard deviations of4.11%-5.02%, and the limit of detection was0.007-0.011μg mL-1.
