Brugg Southeast China(BSECN)is a newly established management organization,the organization is committed to enhance the ability in R&D,manufacturing as well as market development,to build World class elevator traction-belts and ropes brand through fully implementing synergistic strategy.Employees are carriers of know-hows and exploiters of elevator industry customer resources.Effective employee incentive is the key to the success of synergistic strategy implementation.Case study on BSECN employee incentive status and incentive measures has great practical guiding significance,the research methods and conclusions can provide a useful reference for the BSECN executives and even the Brugg Group executives regarding human resources management after organization amalgamationThe paper systematically summarizes the classical incentive theory such as demand hierarchy theory,two-factor theory,three-demand theory,reinforcement theory and fairness theory through the literature method.It has mastered the most cutting-edge research results and research methods of domestic and foreign scholars on employee incentive topics though referencing to a large number of works and papers on journals and network.It has analyzed the current status of monetary incentive,career platform,leadership style and organization environment in scope of employee incentive measures of BSECN by using questionnaire method.The article reveals the problems of current incentives by analyzing through different perspectives such as employee age,education,position and length of service,that are,the problem of unscientific salary system,narrow promotion channel,unsystematic training,insufficient authorization,and lack of emotional care.It proposes BSECN organization employee incentive measures that are,improving organizational compensation system,broadening career development channels,strengthening organizational training incentives and optimizing organizational incentive environment.
