| As a new material,zirconia is widely used in precision ceramics,refractories,solid fuel cells,oxygen sensors and other fields because of its performance advantages.The market demands greatly promotes the development of zirconia industry.As the largest market,China has attracted many domestic and foreign enterprises to invest and build factories here.Enterprises of different sizes,including foreign funded,joint venture and private enterprises,are in the fierce competition.To explore how our private enterprises adopt their good points and avoid his shortcomings and how to scale up to compete with foreign funded enterprises and joint ventures,this paper analyze the comparative of the foreign funded enterprises(mainly Japanese companies),joint ventures and private enterprises three types of enterprises in the same market competitiveness level from the perspective of enterprise competitiveness by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and factor analysis,respectively from the aspects of environment,resources and ability on the basis of learning domestic and foreign theories of competitiveness research.Then we comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various enterprises in the Chinese zirconia market,analyzing the reasons deeply.So far,the competitive analysis of zirconia enterprises in China is basically in a blank state,this paper can make up for the lack of competitive research of zirconia enterprises.In addition,unlike the general empirical study which only contains the data of listed companies,this paper introduces the non-listed private enterprises into the sample of enterprises as never before,which more comprehensively and scientifically reflects the overall competitiveness of the market and bridges the one-sidedness of market analysis.It will be helpful for the stable and healthy development of zirconia enterprises in the future,which can make private enterprises in China go abroad and effectively expand the foreign market in the future. |
