With the development of blast furnace fuel technology,coke is no longer the only fuel.As early as 1964,China first successfully completed the practice of pulverized coal injection in Shougang,and coal powder replaced some coke as auxiliary fuel.Reduced costs.In view of this,a new process for burning coal powder in a vertical gasifier for gasification reaction and providing metallurgical gas for the blast furnace is proposed.The subject provides a theoretical basis for actual production by studying the kinetics of combustion and gasification reactions in gasifiers.After theoretical calculations and process characteristics,important parameters concluded:In the combustion reaction: 1)Increasing the oxygen concentration,the reaction time is shortened,and the reaction rate is increased.Considering the cost of oxygen enrichment,the oxygen concentration can be controlled at 36 to 41%,and the limiting step is constant,always mixed control of external diffusion and chemical reaction.2)As the size increases,the reaction time increases and the reaction rate decreases.In actual production,coal with a smaller size should be used,and it is recommended to be below10 mm.The limiting part is always mixed control of outdiffusion and chemical reaction.3)As the gas flow rate increases,the reaction time is shortened,the reaction rate is increased,and the restriction link is constant,which is always chemical reaction.In the gasification reaction: 1)With the increase of temperature,the reaction rate increases,the limiting part is affected by temperature,and the external diffusion is converted into the chemical reaction.The temperature should be 1100 ?.The activation energy was calculated.2)Increasing the gasification agent content,the reaction rate is increased,and the limiting part is changed from chemical reaction to internal diffusion and chemical reaction mixing,and the gasification agent content has a great influence on the reaction.3)Increasing the size of coal,the reaction rate is gradually reduced,and the limiting part is unchanged,which is the chemical reaction.In combination with the actual situation,it is recommended to use coal with size of 6?10mm.Figure24;Table18;Reference 68.
