This topic explores a simple and effective method for the determination of free radicals in the atmosphere by preparing an electrospinning membrane containing active molecules to capture free radicals.The material has the characteristics of light weight,convenient carrying,stable presence of active molecules on the membrane,large specific surface area and large rejection rate,so space stereo sampling can be realized under the action of high-speed airflow.The specific research contents are as follows:1?The electrospinning method was used to study the electrospinning fiber membrane by changing the spinning param eters,the pushing speed,the receiving distance,the spinning voltage and the polymer concentration.The conclusions were as follows:A method for preparing an active molecular film is realized by an electrospinning technique;The optimal spinning parameter combination for preparing four active molecular spinning films was successfully screened as The benzopentacarboxylic acid electrospinning film has a bolus speed of 0.18mm/min,a receiving distance of 8cm,a spinning voltage of 10kv,and a polymer concen tration of0.06g/ml.The p-hydroxybenzoic acid electrospinning film was injected at a speed of0.1mm/min,a receiving distance of 8 cm,a spinning voltage of 10kv,and a polymer concentration of 0.02g/ml.The injection rate of the wild xanthine electrospin ning film was 0.1mm/min,the receiving distance was 8cm,the spinning voltage was 18 kv,and the polymer concentration was 0.02g/ml.The quercetin electrospinning film has a bolus speed of 0.1mm/min,a receiving distance of 15cm,a spinning voltage of 10kv,and a polymer concentration of 0.06g/ml.2?Ignition of tobacco in a smoke chamber produces high concentrations of free radicals that mimic the polluted atmosphere.In this environment,the four active molecules benzenepentacarboxylic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid,wild baicalin,quercetin spinning film were sampled and the respective scavenging effects on free radicals were examined.The conclusion is:The absorbance of the four active molecular electrospinning membranes at the characteristic absorption pea ks during the reaction with free radicals decreased,and the corresponding clearance rates decreased with increasing concentration,indicating that the fiber membranes of the four active molecules can be used.To capture free radicals in the air.The IC50 values were 0.0607mg/ml,0.012mg/ml,0.0042mg/ml,and 0.0056mg/ml,respectively.Therefore,the activity size is:benzene pentacarboxylic acid>p-hydroxybenzoic acid>quercetin>wild baicalin,so the benzene pentacarboxylic acid spinning film is used for outdoor sampling.3?The benzene pentacarboxylic acid spinning film is applied to an outdoor environment,and the sampling time is April,May,June,November,and December of2018.The relationship between free radicals in the outdoor atmosphere temperature,humidity,PM2.5,PM10,ozone,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide was studied.The conclusion is:The concentration of free radicals in May 2018 was0.7?2.0×106/cm3,which was close to the literature using active substance compounding liquid method in 1.5?2.0×106/cm3 in Lanzhou living area in May 2017.Therefore,the electrospinning membrane with active molecules as matrix can effectively capture atmospheric free radicals,further illustrating the feasibility of the method.The correlation between temperature,O3 and free radical concentration is obvious;the correlation between humidity,PM2.5,PM10,SO 2,NO2,CO and free radical concentration is weak.
