Atmospheric pollution is now strongly concerned around the world, and air pollutionhas a wide range, global, and spread characteristics. There is a complex chemical reaction in the atmosphere.Pollutants will convert to other pollutants under the conditions of light, free radicals, ozone, and their own catalysis. This makes it difficult for the content, species, source, and migration of pollutants in the atmosphere to be Accuarate detection is more difficult to remove.Atmospheric free radicals play a crucial role in atmospheric chemistry. Therefore, this study hopes to establish a simple method for determination of total free radic-als in the atmosphere.By analyzing the relationship between total free radicals and temperature, weather, particulates, ozone, and other pollutants,it is possible to find the mechanism and laws of the accumulation, migration and transformation of atmospheric free radicals on atmospheric pollution. The conclusions a-re as follows:First, atmospheric pollution is simulated by burning tobacco in a closed environment. In this atmospheric environment, the scavenging activity of natural active substances on atmospheric free radicals was studied.UV absorbance spectra were used to measure absorbance changes before and after each combination reaction, and IC50 values were calculated, the resultsare as follows:quercetin plus hypericin>quercetin plus abstragalid>quercetin plus luteolin>wild astragalus plus hypericin>luteolin plus hypericin>hypericin plus genistein>luteolin for addicin>wild scutellaria plus genistein>quercetin plus genistein>luteolin plus genistein. The interactive effects of the antifree radical activity of different combinations of natural active substances were analyzed. When highactivity substances were combined, there was mutual promotion effect, and lowactivity substances had antagonistic effects on highactivity substances. The composition of active substances used in the study of anti free radical in atmosphericenvironment was selected:Quercetin, luteolin, hypericin and scutellaria.Second, the free radical absorbing liquid is formulated to be mixed according to the ratio of the four active substances, and then it is placed indoors for sampling.Ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy and AC impedance spectroscopy were used for the detection of samples. The test results show that the total free radical concentration in the atmosphere has a strong correlation with the concentration of O3in the atmosphere, anddifferent weather conditions have a stronger effect on total free radical concentration. The main reason for the decrease of the impedance of the sample after the reaction is the formation of electron delocalization.Fine particles in the air contain metal ions that enter the sample, which is one of the reasons why the resistance of the sample decreases after the reaction.Third, sampling points are selected according to certain rules, which represent the atmospheric conditions of living areas and industrial areas, respectively. We sampled the atmosphere at the selected four sampling points and calculated the total free radical concentration data. The results show that the concentration of total free radicals in the industrial area is greater than the living area. The main reason for this phenomenon is the large amount of gaseous pollutants in the atmosphere of the industrial area, they have reactions in the atmosphere such as mutual catalytic conversion and photolysis, and this reaction will form new free radicals.Impedance changes in samples from industrial areas are affected by radical concentrations relatively weak relative to living areas.
