China's environmental crisis is one of the most serious challenges.In the past decade,China's industrialization has continued to accelerate,and the economic rise has increased,at the expense of the environment and public health.Due to the small particle size and large specific surface area of PM2.5,It is easy to adsorb toxic and harmful substances,such as heavy metals and microorganisms,so it is very harmful to the human body.Air filtration technology is one of the most important means to protect human health.Common mechanical filter materials are widely promoted because of their light weight,high economic efficiency,easy manufacture and universal applicability.However,materials that are often needed to achieve high efficiency filtration are required.The volume ratio is large,so the gas permeability is poor,the energy consumption is high,and it is difficult to clean,so that the use cost is greatly increased;the electret filter material effectively improves the filtration efficiency by means of electrostatic action,but there is also a problem of static decay,and the filtering effect is reduced as the number of uses increases.The electrostatic reinforced fiber filter combines a high-voltage electrostatic load fabric with an electrostatic filter to have a very high filtration effect without increasing the pressure drop,but the filter substrate material is mostly a nonwoven material,although the filter material is light and thin,the mechanical stability is poor,the structure is loose,and it can not meet the requirements for washing friction during use,the service life is not long,and the lack of systematic research on the structure of electrostatic load fabric is difficult to carry out commercial promotion.In view of the above problems,this research develops a high-voltage electrostatic load fabric filtration system based on electrostatic load conventional scale fiber woven filter material,and explores its high-efficiency and long-lasting filtration performance and air in the case of fine particles under low pressure drop conditions.Expanded applications in the field of filtering.The surface morphology,surface specific resistance and mechanical properties of the fabric were systematically characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),multi-function multimeter and gas permeable instrument.In order to explore the filtration performance of the fabric,the study developed a high-voltage static electricity.Filter the test system,and systematically explore the effects of different materials,different fabric densities,different yarn fineness and other conditions on the filtration performance.The research content mainly includes the following parts:(1)In order to prepare high-voltage electrostatic load fabric with superior filtration performance,the filtration performance of polyester-silver-coated fabric and polyester-plated copper-nickel fabric with the same fabric structure and fabric density under high-voltage static conditions was first investigated.The results showed that silver When the fabric is loaded with 5k V high-voltage static electricity,the filtration effect has reached 91.71%,which is 10.96% higher than that of ordinary mechanical filtration.When the load is 40 k V high-voltage static electricity,the filtration effect reaches 99.32%.Compared with copper-nickel fabric,the filtration effect is higher.6.85%,the pressure drop is only 15 Pa(wind speed is 5 cm / s),silver fabric has a good performance in high-voltage electrostatic load,the filtration effect is not significantly reduced under the wind speed of 10 cm / s,the structure is stable during filtration Sex.(2)The evaluation of the filtration performance of the fabric density and yarn fineness of silver fabrics showed that the filtration effect of electrostatically loaded fabrics increased with the increase of fabric density.The higher the fabric density,the better the filtration effect,but The quality factor will decrease.For the yarn fineness of the fabric,under the condition of high-voltage static load,the finer the fineness of the yarn,the better the filtration performance of the fabric.The fabric with a yarn fineness of 70 D is loaded at 40 k V.Under the condition of high voltage static electricity,the filtration effect reaches 87.08%,which is 63.77% higher than the ordinary mechanical filtration effect,and the pressure drop is only 2.8 Pa(wind speed is 5 cm/s).In addition,the high-pressure electrostatic load system improves the filtering effect on the sparse fabric.obvious.(3)This study proves that polyester-silver-plated yarn and polyester yarn blended fabric have good performance in high-voltage load electrostatic filtration.Among them,polyester-silver fabric and polyester loop fabric are loaded with 40 k V high-voltage static electricity.Under the condition,the filtration effect is 96%,the pressure drop is 7 Pa(wind speed is 5 cm/s)and the mechanical properties are stable.The filtration effect is stable under high wind speed conditions(10 cm/s).(4)This subject has been studied in detail with a blend of woven fabrics with excellent filtration performance and excellent performance.The results show that the filtration effect in the high-voltage electrostatic load system will increase greatly with the increase of the ambient humidity.Under the low voltage condition,the filtration effect is obviously improved.When the load is 10 k V,the filtration effect is 90.7% under the environment of 70% humidity.The filtration effect was 72.11% in the environment with humidity of 40%.At the same time,the evaluation of the washing and rubbing reusability of the looped yarn woven fabric showed that the electrostatic load fabric had good reusability,after 10 times.Washing,the filtration effect did not change significantly.The electrostatic load fabric developed by this research institute has good filtration performance,the pressure drop is much lower than ordinary filter materials,and is not affected by environmental humidity.It will increase the filtration effect with the increase of environmental humidity,and can be reused as cost-effective.The ideal material for the filter.
