In this thesis,the water-free and water-less environmental printing method of natural fiber was taken as the research background,and the dyeing process was proposed based on the effect of disperse dye microcapsule technology and the micro-nano level of natural fiber fabric.At the same time,the combination process of water-free printing finishing of natural fiber was tried by using the thixotropic and sublimation characteristics of the microcapsule.In this paper,the preparation of disperse dye microcapsules by high voltage electrostatic method was proposed.Firstly,the system scheme of high voltage electrostatic dye microcapsule was designed.Secondly,the mechanism of the experimental platform of high voltage electrostatic microcapsule was designed.Through the study of the principle and characteristics of microcapsule high-voltage electrostatic spraying,the influence of various technological parameters on the printing and dyeing process was understood.The functional requirements and control requirements of the experimental device were determined,the experimental platform of high-voltage electrostatic microcapsule printing and dyeing was designed and constructed,and then the printing and dyeing trajectory was planned.Then the microcapsules prepared by the experimental platform were used to test and analyze,and the function of the system was verified by experiments.Finally,the system was used to spray and dye natural fabric directly,test the performance of the sample obtained by printing and dyeing,and analyze the feasibility of applying this method in textile printing and dyeing industry.These samples were microscopic analysed and performance tested,undering the magnified 10000 times to observe micro-nano capsule on fabric surface rough ground compact structure.All samples were reached level 4?5 of color fastness except the e friction fastness of level 4,were higher than acceptable qualified level(level 3).The experimental results show that the high voltage electrostatic coupling method can obtain the disperse dye capsule of micro-nano level,the dye was fixed well,the dye aggregation and migration were avoided,and the fabric strength,permeability,color fastness,levelness,stability were all improved.In this paper,the dyeing of natural fibers by disperse dyes had been realized.The processing conditions of dye microcapsules are mild,and the whole process is waterless,clean and low consumption.The damage of acid and alkali environment to fabric fibers in the traditional dyeing and finishing process had been avoided.The speed and stability of the spray system need to be improved.After improvement,the application can be further expanded.
