Every year a large number of combed short wool fibers are produced in the wool spinning industry,whose length is short and the coefficient of variation is large,so it is very difficult to form yarn on the conventional ring spinning.Due to the wide range of application of rotor spinning to raw materials,the low requirement for fiber length and the good applicability of waste fiber spinning,the use of combed wool falling fiber in rotor spinning,it can realize the high-efficiency utilization of wool fiber.At present,there is no research report on pure rotor spinning of combed noil.In this paper,combed wool fiber is used as raw material to study the rotor spinning process of pure comb wool spinning.The main work is as follows:(1)By controlling the moisture regain and the amount of wool oil of combing noil,carding sliver was realized on the carding machine.After adjusting the parameters many times,the rotor yarn of combing noil was producted by rotor spinning machine RFRS30.On the basis of spinning trials and taking the main properties of yarn as the evaluation index,the multi-objective fuzzy decision method(Borda method and close value method)and the fuzzy clustering analysis method are used to optimize the spinning elements(navel and opening roller).It is concluded that the best spinning element combination is OK40 opening roller and 4-slot navel.(2)On the basis of the optimum spinning element 4-slot navel and OK40 opening roller,the optimum spinning parameters are obtained by orthogonal experiment,fuzzy orthogonal comprehensive evaluation and extreme difference analysis,and the optimum spinning parameters are as follows: rotor speed 40000 rpm,carding speed 5500 rpm,twist coefficient 680;The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation value of yarn is higher than that of non-optimal spinning process by using the best spinning technology to do the verification experiment.Then the influence of rotor speed,carding speed and twist coefficient on yarn performance is analyzed by variance analysis method,and it is concluded that rotor speed has the most significant effect on yarn comprehensive performance.Finally,a single factor experiment was carried out to verify the significance of rotor speed on yarn performance.It was concluded that the rotor speed had a highly significant effect on the comprehensive performance of yarn.It has a significant effect on the yarn CV%,slugs,neps and elongation at break,and has certain influence on the breaking strength of yarn.(3)Under the optimized spinning process to design different oil/water ratios in order to study the influence of blending-oil in raw material on strip,tensile properties,hairiness and so on.The grey near-optimal comprehensive evaluation method was adopted,and it is concluded that when the ratio of oil/water is 1 : 8,1.2 : 8 and 1.6 : 8,the near optimum values are 0.9867,0.9603,0.7899,respectively.So the optimum oil-water ratio is1 : 8.(4)Under the optimum spinning process,the ultimate linear density of the pure combed rotor yarn is 40.69 tex.In this paper,there are 15 figures,20 tables,75 references.
