With the continuous development of society and economy,people's consumption demand keeps increasing,which makes the update speed of clothing faster and faster.As a result,a large number of clothes are idle,resulting in aggravated environmental pollution and great waste of resources.In China,the "clothes are not as good as new,people are not the same" concept of good face into the hearts of most people,making second-hand clothing is usually difficult to be accepted in the domestic market,and a sharp contrast with foreign.Based on the above problems and previous studies,this paper explores the influence of the concept of Mianzi on the reuse of second-hand clothes from the perspective of Mianzi,in order to propose methods and approaches for the reuse of second-hand clothes in the context of domestic consumption culture and carry out corresponding design practices.First,on the basis of literature research,three measurement dimensions of the concept of Mianzi are established: self-Mianzi,others' Mianzi,and mutual Mianzi.At the same time,the measurement dimensions of second-hand clothing consumption attitude and willingness are established.In addition,field survey and network survey are conducted by means of questionnaire survey.SPSS is used to analyze the correlation and regression of the influence of different dimensions of Mianzi concept on the attitude of second-hand clothing.The results show that consumers with different identities and characteristics have different degrees of emphasis on Mianzi,which leads to different attitudes and willingness to reuse second-hand clothes.Among them,the consumers who pay attention to self-Mianzi are mostly older married men with lower education,lower position and higher income;consumers who pay attention to the Mianzi of others are mostly young people with higher education and higher incomes;consumers who focus on each other's Mianzi are mostly young but higher-income women.Consumers' self-Mianzi concept and others' Mianzi concept have significant positive influence on second-hand clothing attitude,while mutual Mianzi concept has no significant influence on second-hand clothing attitude.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research,select the environmental pollution more serious jeans,from the perspective of Mianzi,put forward the principles and methods of second-hand clothing reuse.That is to say,the reuse of second-hand clothes should not only meet the requirements of sustainable consumption,that is,the pressure of saving resources and reducing environmental pollution,but also meet people's pursuit of beauty,and not reduce people's quality of life and psychological needs because of the reuse of old clothes.The idea of this design practice is to make consumers find the beauty of second-hand clothes and realize the creativity of second-hand clothes through the redesign of second-hand clothes.This paper aims to arouse consumers' awareness of sustainable consumption,alleviate the obstacles of clothing reuse caused by the concept of Mianzi,urge consumers to establish the sense of responsibility and consciousness of environmental protection,and fundamentally realize the sustainable development of clothing.Fig.33,table 12,57 references.
