Since the implementation of the overall supercharging and dehydration in the West Sichuan Gas Field in 2014,the overall supercharging awareness needs to be deepened after the project is put into operation.The operating conditions,performance parameters and dehydration effects of dehydration are to be tracked and evaluated.The paper revolves around the above problems,and carries out the tracking of the dehydration station,the design and operation conditions of the supercharged station after the overall pressurized dewatering operation,and analyzes the deviations between the actual operation and the planning and design of the overall dewatering station.The existing problems have been studied and summarized,and the following conclusions have been drawn:(1)Through the conparison between the actual operation of each dewatering station and the planning design,it is concluded that there are large deviations between the four aspects of site selection,overall layout,operating conditions and regional dewatering volume of the dewatering station.(2)Through the establishment of the HYSYS simulation model of triethylene glycol dehydration,the single factor impact analysis and the factor weight impact study were carried out.The results show that the natural gas temperature is the most important in the dehydration process,and the influence of natural gas treatment and glycol temperature is weak.In the actual operation of the site,the final adjustable parameter is the amount of glycol circulation.(3)The gas source dispatching of the dehydration station is analyzed.The results show that the gas source dispatching can improve the processing capacity of the plant on the basis of the existing pipe network,but the pipe network pressure will increase,and some of the supercharged equipment will exceed the design conditions.The solution is to build a new dewatering device at the first station.(4)In-depth analysis of the dehydration effect,from the analysis results,after the dehydration station is fully put into operation,the dehydration has a certain effect.(5)The temperament improvement project carried out in the undewatered area was tracked and evaluated.(6)The overall supercharged operation and effect were tracked and evaluated.
