Copper is one of the most important trace elements in human body. The concentration of copper ion in human body directly affects human health, and it comes from air, water, food and other ways and accumulates in the body. The introduction and improvement of heavy metal detection method is an important guarantee for the effective control and prevention of heavy metal pollution. The existing detection methods include a large number of obvious shortcomings such as investment, high energy consumption, operation difficulties and so on.So it is particularly important to develop a method with advantages of easy to operate, fast, low consumption, high sensitivity and selectivity. In this paper, bismuth film-carbon nanotube composite film modified gold electrode was prepared, and its preparation conditions were optimized. The content of copper ion in drinking water was determined by anodic stripping voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. On this basis, the performance of these two methods for the detection of copper ions are evaluated, which has a good practical application value for the complex system of food.It provides some technical support in the detection of heavy metals in food, and provides new insights for future research. The research work of this paper mainly includes:(1)Bismuth and carboxylated carbon nanotubes modified gold electrodes were prepared by chronoamperometry and cyclic voltammetry respectively, and the conditions in the preparation of the working electrode were optimized.(2)The bismuth film-carbon nanotube composite film modified gold electrode was prepared and the copper ion was detected by anodic stripping voltammetry. The linear range of copper in this method is1.0×10-7 to 2.5×10-5mol/L,and the detection limit is 1.0×10-7mol/L.The copper ion was also detected by differential pulse voltammetry. The linear range of copper in this method is from 1.0×10-7 to 5.0×10-5mol/L,and the detection limit is 2.64×10-8mol/L.The method has good reproducibility, stability and accuracy, and has been successfully applied to the detection of copper in drinking water.
