The wild apricot leaves originated in Western Asia and is widely distributed in China.Xinjiang's wild apricot resources are more than abundant. The climate and soil conditions are particularly suitable for wild apricot field growth at Hami region in Xinjiang. The Hami region is one of the wide areas, formed a unique quality. In this study, the wild apricot leaves were used as raw materials to study the wild apricot leaves samples from 3 different regions of Yiwu county,Hami,Xinjiang, and the contents of trace elements, major elements and some active ingredients of wild apricot leaves samples from different locations of wild apricot branches. The determination and the scientific compatibility of the preparation of a tea bag with hypoglycemic effects mainly based on the apricots of wild azaleas, and the acute toxicity test of the mice to verify the actual drinking safety, using intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin Bacterin induced experimental diabetic mouse model, investigated the effects of compound wild apricot leaves teabag on blood sugar. The research on this topic has great economic and social benefits and is of great significance to the sustainable development of the local wild apricot industry. The findings are as follows:(1)Atomic spectrophotometry was used to determine trace elements and macro elements in wild apricot leaves from different regions, and the qualitative analysis of the chemical constituents in apricot leaves was qualitatively analyzed according to the fourth edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition);UV spectrophotometry was used.Spectrophotometric determination of total flavonoids, vitamin C,total sugar contents;titration determination of total organic acid contents. Results:The contents of Ca were the highest among the 8 metallic elements in the wild apricot leaves. The samples with the highest contents of total flavonoids, vitamin C,total sugar and total acid were determined as follows:sample 1(Xinglin Base)0.210 mg/g,sample 3(There are 15.796 mg/g of Xinglin near the passenger station in the Zizixia Township, sample 1.(Jilin forest base)46.820 mg/g,sample 1(Xinglin base)206.955 mg/g,and the comprehensive analysis sample 1(Xinglin base)is of better quality. The order of the main chemical components in the apricot leaves at different locations were:total acid>total sugar>flavonoids, and the highest total acid, total sugar, and flavonoid contents were:sample 5(middle apricot)108.375 mg/g,Sample 4(upper apricot branch)1.680 mg/g,sample 5(middle apricot branch)0.217 mg/g.Based on the analysis of the contents of various active ingredients, the quality of wild apricots in sample 5(middle apricot)was the best.Teabag extract contains total flavonoids 0.123 mg/g,total acid 114.130 mg/g,and total sugar 47.070 mg/g.(2)According to the preset concentration gradient,a single oral gavage administration was used for acute toxicity pre-test to determine the median lethal dose(LD50);intragastric administration was performed twice within 24 h with the maximum concentration of the maximum administration volume, and The mice were observed for various changes, and the mice were necropsy 14 days later. The results:no mouse died in the pre-experiment and no LD50 could be detected. There was no abnormal change in the mice after transfer to the maximum dose. There was no significant difference in the organ coefficient compared with the blank control group;the maximum dose was 53.3 g/kg,while LD50>maximum dose. When LD50>5 g/kg,it is actually non-toxic substance, indicating that the compound wild apricot leaf teabag is non-toxic.It is concluded that the compound wild apricot leaves teabag belongs to practical non-toxic substances, and its clinical application is relatively safe.(3)After successful intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin,it was divided into model group, metformin positive control group, compound wild apricot apricot leaves tea high-dose group,middle-dose group and low-dose group.Saline solution,0.75 g/kg metformin aqueous solution,1.6 g/kg teabag extract,1 g/kg teabag extract,0.6 g/kg teabag extract, continuous gavage for 28 days, the results showed that the compound Compared with the hyperglycemic model group, the blood sugar level in the high-dose group of wild apricot leaves teabag were significantly lower than that in the high-dose group at the first 9 days(P<0.01).The blood glucose lowering effects of the medium and low-dose group of the compound wild apricot leafbag tea was significant(P<0.05).On the 18th and 28th days, except for the medium-dose teabag dose group, there was no significant difference between the drug-administered groups and the model group(P>0.05).Compared with the model group,PI3K(phosphoinositide-3-kinase)was significantly higher in serum of mice fed with high and medium doses of teabag extract than that of the model group(P<0.01).The PI3K of mouse serum in the low-dose teabag group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group, the mouse serum in the high and middle-dose groups of the teabag extract were administered. The Akt(protein kinase B,mouse protein kinase B)was significantly higher than that of the model group mice(P<0.01),and the serum Akt of the low-dose teabag group mice was lower than the model group mice(P<0.05).
