Diabetes is a worldwide endocrine disorder that has a high incidence,with the improvement of living standards,food refinement,nutrition with a serious imbalance and other eating habits so that the incidence of diabetes increased year by year.Therefore,prevention and treatment of diabetes should pay attention to diet conditioning.For patients with diabetes,with hypoglycemic or hypoglycemic efficacy of food has been a lot of attention.China is a mulberry planting country.Mulberry leaves are rich in a variety of bioactive ingredients,so it is a big available resource.Yam both have tonic effect and medicinal value.In recent years,people's attention to it is getting higher than higher.In order to improve the use value of mulberry leaf yam,the further development of natural food with auxiliary hypoglycemic effect,the research showed that,dry mulberry leaves as the main raw material,Henan yam drying tablets as accessories,has developed a hypoglycemic effect of the compound teabag.After reviewing the literature,preliminary to determine the impact of compound bag tea recipe four main factors,they are the origin of mulberry leaves,mulberry grain size,mulberry leaves and yam mantle complex quality ratio and net weight per pack.By sensory evaluation and alpha-glucosidase in vitro inhibition experiments collaborative filtering out single factor optimum level.The result INS(insulin)have a certain role.Through the results of HE staining of liver and kidney tissue in each group,mulberry leaf yam tea bag did not damage the liver tissue of mice,but it had a protective effect on kidney tissue.Obviously,the glomerular volume can be reduced and the number of cells in the glomeruli is reduced.
