Electrospun nanofibers have the advantages of large specific surface area,high porosity,and small pore size.This paper starts with the controllable preparation of electrospun nanofibers and explores its application in the medical field.The controllable preparation technology of electrospinning,the application of electrospun PBS nanofibers and chitosan / PBS nanofiber membranes in blood filtration rate,and the application of chitosan / PBS nanofiber membrane and PHBV/Ag nanofiber membrane in wound dressing were studied.Firstly,the controllable preparation technology of electrospun nanofibers was studied.Using orthogonal experiments to design 9 groups of experiments,the optimal process parameters of electrospun PBS nanofiber membranes were optimized.Through the pore size distribution experiment,the effects of different spinning solution volume,needle inner diameter,voltage,and receiving distance on the pore diameter of the fiber membrane were explored.Chitosan was added to the spinning solution PBS to investigate the improvement of the fiber membrane infiltration performance.This study found that as the amount of spinning solution increased,the pore size of the fiber membrane gradually decreased;The inner diameter of the needle also has a certain effect on the pore diameter of the fiber membrane.When the inner diameter of the needle is smaller,the average pore diameter is also smaller.Adding chitosan to PBS spinning solution can improve its wetting performance.Then the application of electrospun nanofiber membrane in blood filtration was studied.Chitosan / PBS nanofiber membranes and PBS nanofiber membranes with pore diameters ranging from 1.3 ?m to 2.1 ?m were prepared by electrostatic spinning.Ten types of fiber membranes were made into disposable filters for blood filtration.The results showed that the removal rate of white blood cells was 100%;the recovery rate of red blood cells of 10 kinds of fibrous membranes increased with the increase of pore size until it was flat.The erythrocyte recovery rate of PBS nanofiber membrane was slightly higher than that of chitosan / PBS nanofiber membrane.Finally,the prepared chitosan / PBS nanofiber membrane and PHBV / Ag nanofiber membrane were tested for moisture permeability,water absorption,coagulability,contact angle test,stretchability,degradability,and antibacterial performance.Fibrous membrane suitable for application on wound dressings.Comprehensive testing and analysis show that the nanofiber membrane with Ag accounting for 10% of PHBV concentration has the best performance.The research results can provide a technical reference for improving and improving the performance of nanofiber membranes for blood filtration and wound dressings.
