Camellia is the largest genus of Camellia.China is the original birthplace and modern distribution center of Camellia. It is distributed with about 85%of the genus, including tea, camellia and camellia.Tea leaves processed from tea leaves contain various chemical components such as polyphenols, alkaloids, amino acids, polysaccharides, etc. The lipidlowering effect of tea has also been widely reported.Camellia and Camellia are the main economic crops other than tea in Camellia. It is not clear whether their leaves have similar biological activities as tea leaves. In this study, the leaves of Camellia sinensis,Camellia and Camellia oleifera were selected, and the lipid metabolism abnormality induced by high calorie diet was used in C57BL/6 mouse model from body weight, adipose tissue weight, liver tissue morphology, plasma LDL-C,liver TG.Plasma leptin and other aspects were evaluated for its lipid-lowering activity.UPLCOrbitrap-MS was used to analyze the chemical constituents of PCA and OPLS-DA to identify the different substances, and further to link the chemical substances with biological activities.Differences and relevance. The results are as follows:1.Compared with the high fat group, there was no significant difference in body weight between the oil tea group. The body weight of tea and Camellia group decreased in different degrees. The weight of tea group decreased by 13.5%(P<0.05),and the weight of Camellia group decreased by 17.1%(P<0.01).Compared with the high-fat group, the tea and Camellia group significantly reduced the fat weight, the tea group decreased by 50.7%(P<0.01),the Camellia group decreased by 60.7%(P<0.001),and the oil tea group's fat weight and high fat ratio No difference.Histomorphology and pathological observations showed that tea and Camellia group effectively reduced fat accumulation in tissues.Compared with the high-fat group, plasma LDL-C levels in the tea and Camellia group decreased by 63.2%(P<0.01)and 49.2%(P<0.05),respectively;plasma NEFA decreased by 48.6%(p<0.01)and 42%(p).<0.05),plasma leptin levels decreased by 79%and 72.7%,respectively(P<0.001),there was no significant difference between camellia and high fat group.2.Metabolomics analysis can be used to distinguish three species of Camellia, and there are significant differences in the chemical composition of the three plants.Theanine,ECG,caffeine and the like are the main differences between tea and camellia.Unknown8,unknown9,unknown10,etc.are the main differences between camellia and camellia. The content of epicatechin was negatively correlated with the plasma Leptin,LDL-C,NEFA levels and fat weight of the tested mice, and the correlation coefficients were-0.81,-0.64,-0.65 and-0.74,respectively.The correlation coefficients of Unknown7 and the above indicators are-0.85,-0.64,-0.67 and-0.77,respectively.In summary,Camellia has similar lipid-lowering activity as tea,and Camellia has no lipidlowering effect, and the correlation coefficient between epicatechin and unknown7 is higher.
