| The thin-walled stainless steel cylinder body has a relatively thin wall thickness when welding the inner lining plate,and the welding deformation is large,and the welding quality cannot be guaranteed.Moreover,due to the large workpiece,the labor intensity of the worker is increased and the production efficiency is reduced.Therefore,considering the initial residual stress,the finite element analysis software is used to simulate the welding deformation of the cylinder and the inner liner,and the corresponding welding fixture is designed according to the deformation result to reduce the welding deformation of the workpiece and improve the worker’s work efficiency.On the basis of consulting domestic and foreign literatures and materials,the welding object of the lining plate in the stainless steel cylinder is taken as the research object,and the finite element calculation process of welding deformation and the design theory of welding fixture are studied.The welding process analysis of the lining plate in the barrel is aimed at reducing the deformation of the barrel and the lining plate during the welding process.By studying the transportation method,welding method and barrel of the barrel and the lining plate in the welding process The positioning datum surface in the welding process is compared with various welding methods,and the welding method of argon arc welding is selected.Pre-deformation analysis was performed on the welding process of the lining plate in the cylinder.The transient structure analysis module of the finite element analysis software was used to simulate the cylinder rolling process,and the stress and deformation of the rolling process were solved.Using the obtained stress value as the initial stress,the thermal structure direct coupling method is used to read the initial stress through the APDL command stream,set the corresponding load and constraints,and use the moving heat flux plug-in to complete the welding process of the cylinder’s straight weld,repeat the reading Taking the initial stress value,the final stress value of the cylinder and lining is 114.7MPa,and the deformation value is 3.14mm.By comparing with the results of stress and deformation without applying the initial residual stress,the influence of the initial residual stress on the welding of the cylinder liner is considered.Using the experimental verification method,the residual stress of the cylinder after the welding of the straight weld is tested.The results show that the test experimental values are consistent with the simulated values.In the case of free welding,the deformation value of the cylinder and the lining plate is 3.14mm,and the larger deformation value cannot meet the design requirements.In order to reduce the welding deformation,the welding fixture of the barrel welding liner process was structurally designed.According to the design requirements of the barrel liner welding fixture,the clamping force and the liner required under the fixed clamping state of the barrel were solved The adsorption force is designed for its positioning element,clamping element,turning movement mechanism,clamp concrete and other parts.Analyze the performance of welding fixtures.Calculate its positioning error,and the welding gap distance is less than 0.5mm.The deformation of the cylinder in the positioning and clamping process of the welding fixture was analyzed.The maximum deformation of the cylinder was 0.36mm,and the maximum equivalent stress value was 14.21MPa,which met the design requirements.Welding deformation simulation was carried out on the cylinder and the lining plate installed in the tooling fixture,and the obtained results were compared with the case where the welding tooling fixture was not used.The cylinder deformation value was effectively controlled,and the deformation value was reduced by 77%.An experimental study was conducted on the welding deformation of the cylinder.By comparing the experimental and simulated values of the six test points,the accuracy of the simulation results and the rationality of the fixture design were confirmed. |
