The real-time and stability of the coal mine voice system is an important guarantee for coal mine safety production.A coal mine uses a traditional analog communication system.This system has the problems of poor real-time,poor anti-interference ability,low sound,etc.The system is upgraded according to the actual needs of the mine.This paper gives a design scheme of voice communication system based on STM32 CAN bus digital signal transmission.Its main work is as follows:(1)Design of the overall scheme of the thesis.The system is designed according to the specific design requirements.The digital voice communication system of coal mine is composed of hardware and software.The system gives a design scheme of voice communication system based on STM32 CAN bus digital signal transmission.It adopts CAN bus.Code exited linear prediction(CELP)is adopted in speech coding.(2)The hardware design is divided into power supply module,CAN communication module,voice module and information storage module.STM32F405RGT6 supports parallel execution of program execution and data transmission.The chip has a fast processing speed and better meets.Wm8510 is selected as mono codec to realize voice transmission.(3)The software design scheme is divided into main module,audio module,codec module and communication module.The system provides solutions for the upgrade and transformation needs of a digital voice communication system in a coal mine.The voice communication system takes STM32F405RGT6 as the master chip.WM8510 is a mono codec.Code exited linear prediction algorithm is used for the voice coding and decoding to design the voice communication system based on MDK5 development platform.The voice communication system realizes the functions of one-to-one and one-to-many volume-amplifying call,volume-amplifying broadcast and alarm along the belt conveyor.It has the characteristics of long transmission distance and the transmission signal is not easy to be interfered.The system meets the engineering design requirements,and provides a reference for the upgrade of the traditional coal mine's simulated language system.
