The virtual teaching simulation experiment has a realistic 3D demonstration effect,and can be widely used in the education field with the help of network sharing.Under this background,combined with college image processing experiment courses,a virtual simulation experiment of beer bottle detection based on VR is designed.The simulation experiment was developed using the Unreal Engine 4 engine,3DS Max was modeled,and the mouse and keyboard were used to interact with the device to operate the experiment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First:according to the structure and working principle of beer bottle detection system,the overall design framework and structure level of simulation experiment are made,including experiment UI design,three-dimensional scene visualization,experiment content design and operation function development,image processing defect detection.Combined with the real test line,analyze the specific functions of each module of the simulation experiment,design the content of the simulation experiment,and make the experimental development process design.Second:Function realization and key technology of virtual experiment module.Module functions include mouse grabbing function,interface interaction function,transmission control function,camera simulation focus adjustment function,simulation detection function,and robot arm removal function.Key technologies include three-dimensional visualization of the scene,mouse and keyboard interaction,collision detection and ray detection,blueprint communication,and UI interface design.Third:The process of beer bottle defect detection is introduced in detail.The image of beer bottle mouth was filtered and enhanced.Hough circle detection was used to locate the center of beer bottle mouth.Genetic algorithm and maximum class variance segmentation were used to segment the image,extract the defect features,compare with the set threshold,and judge whether beer bottle is defective.The image is processed by MATLAB,and the processing results are imported into UE4.The process of image processing and detection is given through UI interface.Click the interface process button with mouse to display the corresponding processing results.
