Upright polypropylene infusion bottle embryo is the blank part before blowing molded, currently, the infusion bottle embryo is mainly produced and processed through the injection molding process. Polypropylene infusion bottle embryo was widely for holding medical fluids because of the quality of light, good sealing, easy transportation and storage and other advantages. The quality of bottle embryo directly affects the quality of the blow molding products, therefore, the study of the quality of bottle embryo is essential. Injection molding CAE simulation technology can effectively help people predict the problems that injection molding process may arise, then, the process parameters to solve the problem, reduce the number of tryout, shorten the production cycle mold, improve product quality. However, this adjustment method can reasonably predict problems alone, unable to achieve optimal results. Therefore, extract the useful information from the injection molding CAE analysis software, optimize the process parameters with some optimization methods, these methods to improve the quality of plastic parts has great significance. The main thesis of the work is as follows:1. Design a transfusion bottle embryo sixteen cavity injection mold, design its core-pulling mechanism,using Hydraulic to help Pulling, calculate and select for the hydraulic system components.2. According to the structural characteristics of the infusion bottle embryo, establish three-dimensional model in UG7.0, Mesh it through mesh diagnostic and repair, Use the Moldflow software to analyze its theoretical best gate location, combined with the actual situation, drawn the best gate location of the bottom position, designed two balance gating systems and a non-balance gating system, comparative and analysis these programs, determine the optimal infusion bottle embryo gating system plan.3. Depend on the location of the gate and pouring system, establish a reasonable model injection molding. Establish nine kinds of injection molding gating system that has sixteen mold cavity in Moldflow, mesh it, Through the injection molding process simulation, and these programs were analyzed and compared, Ultimately determine the optimal infusion bottle embryo casting system solutions.4. Depend on the nature of polypropylene materials, orthogonal experimental was designed within its recommended range of process parameters, And various test programs was simulated in the Moldflow software, record the results of each group, obtain optimum combination of parameters for each single evaluation index, verify its legitimacy through the simulation.5. Analysis the results with integrated weighted scoring method, the optimal combination of process parameters was obtained by range analysis, verify its legitimacy through the simulation.6. Use the Taguchi method to analysis the process parameters of the infusion preform injection molding, calculated the SNR for each level of each factor, draw a stabilizing factor and an adjustable factor, optimize the adjustable factor, get the optimal combination of process parameters, verify its legitimacy through the simulation.This article analysis the mold flow of the infusion bottle embryo injection molding, select the time, pressure, temperature three parameters, reduce the volume shrinkage, sink marks index as the target, orthogonal experiment design is completed. Integrated weighted scoring method and Taguchi methods was used to optimize the process parameters, improve the overall performance of infusion bottle embryo.
