Feasibility Study And Scheme Design Of Paste Filling Mining In Gucheng Coal Mine

Villages in Gucheng Coal Mine field is very dense,there are 38 villages or buildings in Gucheng Coal Mine field.The problem of coal Mining under buildings is very prominent.In view of the problem of "three down" overlying coal,Gucheng Coal Mine carried out the research and practice of strip mining,determined to adopt strip mining,and through the results of field practice in the early stage,after adopting strip mining,the surface deformation was controlled within the scope of national level I protection regulations.However,after adopting strip mining,the recovery rate is low and the loss of coal resources is very serious.In order to release the pillar resources left by strip mining in Gucheng Coal Mine and prolong the life of the mine,this paper,based on the research results at home and abroad,studies the feasibility and mining method of paste filling mining in Gucheng Coal Mine Based on the actual mine conditions and strip mining practice of Gucheng Coal Mine,referring to the technical experience of paste filling system construction and paste filling mining in Daizhuang mine and Xinhe mine of Zikuang group Case.First of all,the basic geological conditions of the mine and the conditions of the work square are investigated on the spot to find out whether the site of the ancient coal mine has the conditions for building the paste filling system.Combined with the basic data of the investigation,the feasibility study and analysis of the paste filling in the ancient coal mine are carried out.On the basis of the feasibility study,the paste filling mining scheme,the construction of the paste filling system,the filling mining technology are proposed The layout of underground working face is determined,and the paste filling material and proportion are selected.Finally,the paste filling mining plan of Gucheng Coal Mine is formed.Through the research and analysis of this paper,it is feasible and safe to carry out paste filling mining in Gucheng Coal Mine.At the same time,it can release the remaining coal pillar resources of strip mining,prolong the life of the mine,and consume solid wastes such as coal gangue and fly ash.It has great economic and social benefits.
