The widespread use of phthalie acid esters(PAEs)makes them a growing threat to people's environmental security and human health.People are trying to reduce or eliminate the pollution caused by PAEs under the precondition of knowing the residual condition,and in the process detect and analyze PAEs is the key.Therefore,it is of great significance to prepare a kind of molecular imprinting material which has highly selective recognition ability to PAEs.The main contents of this thesis are as followed:1.The novel molecularly imprinted microspheres with specific recognition and adsorption ability to dimethyl phthalate(DMP)was prepared by taking crosslinked chitosan microsphere as carriers,4-nitrophthalic anhyaride and 4-aminodibutyl phthalate as template molecular,?-methyl methacrylate as functional monomer and ethylene dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent.Using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(IR),solid nuclear magnetic resonance(13C-NMR),scanning electron microscope(SEM)to analyze the structure characterization and carrying out its biological degradation experiments,the results showed that the novel molecularly imprinted polymer microsphere to PAEs was prepared successfully.During the experimental period,the molecular imprinting microspheres were observed to have significant biological degradation.2.The selective recognition ability of the molecularly imprinted polymer to PAEs was determined by UV,and the theoretical equations were established.The results showed that the molecularly imprinted polymer to DMP produced molecular recognition effect,which has the excellent selective adsorption ability to DMP,?=3.17.The theoretical equation quantitative of Scatchard analyticed out that the molecularly imprinted polymer has two types of recogntition sites to the template molecular,and the dynamic theoretical equation reflectes its excellent adsorption characteristics.3.A novel molecularly imprinted membranes electrochemical sensor(DBP-MIP/F-CNTs/GCE)with good imprinted capacity to dibutyl phthalate(DBP)was prepare by electrodeposition technique.Chitosan was deposited onto the surface of glassy carbon electrode as a functional monomer along with template molecules DBP and glutaraldehyde as a crosslinking agent.Through cyclic voltammetry(CV),differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)detection performance of the new sensor on DBP was studied and the equivalent circuit model was constructed.The results showed that the new molecularly imprintedelectrochemical sensor(DBP-MIP/F-CNTs/GCE)wasprepared successfully;the imprinted effect of new sensors is good,and compared with other PAEs(e.g.DMP)with the similar structure.The electrical impedance equivalent circuit model of sensor was R1(CPE1(R2(CPE2(R3))))though data simulation analysis.The parameters of each element equivalent circuit proved that equivalent circuit can effectively simulate the sensing mechanism of sensor when it detects the DBP.
