The extensive application of pesticides effectively solve the problem of crop, but many pesticides and their degradation products will pollute plant and animal including crop, livestock and aquatic animals . Also, the enrichment of the food chain endanger human health and food security, and thus long-term heavy use of pesticides has led to the corresponding problem of food safety and environmental problems. It's meaningful to set up a sensitive and efficient analytical methods for pesticide residues, which can effectively solve safety and environmental pollution problems caused by excessive pesticide, and even for some involved economic and trade issues. However, common detection methods used for pesticide residue include: chromatography, enzyme inhibition assay and immunology, but the application of these methods are restricted by many disadvantages in reality, such as complex procedure, large amount of organic reagents, incline to pollution environment. It's very important to study sorbent with high selectivity, low cost and good stability, applying in separation enrichment and detection of pesticide in food and environment field.Molecular imprinting technique (Molecular Imprinting Technique, MIT) is a new technology ,the polymer (molecular imprinted polymers) is available by it .Their spatial structure and binding sites are exactly match with a template .Such polymers have comprehensive application prospects in many fields , such as chromatography analysis and separation, solid-phase extraction, biomimetic sensors, antibody mimic , and enzyme catalysis. At present, pesticides molecularly imprinted polymer reported is usually prepare with bulk polymerization, the block polymer is irregular, Not only the subsequent processor is too complex ,but also some binging sites are abrasively destroyed due to grinding ,which cause lower utilization. Molecularly imprinted polymer of pesticide have not been reported currently in preparation and combination characteristic. In this paper, Chlorpyrifos and Rotenone were firstly chosen as template. Monodisperse molecular imprinted polymer microspheres were prepared by a single-step swelling and polymerization method. The surface morphology of the MIPMs was characterized by scanning electron microscope, the adsorption and combine properties were characterized by IR and UV. Absorption characteristics and its mechanism were studied. The results showed that the MIPMs prepared had larger surface area and pore volume, and the spread of resistance is small, which are conducive to contact between substrate and binding sites . Thus, a high load capacity and efficiency of substrate recognition were obtained. It's beneficial for the pesticide separation, concentration and analysis in food and environment field.
