The electric furnace is a typical complex system integrating electricity,mechanics and hydraulics.The hydraulic system is an important part of the system.The faults of the hydraulic system occupy a lot of faults in the electric furnace.Therefore,the electric furnace hydraulic system fault simulation and fault diagnosis is of great significance.Based on the summary of the working principle and common faults of hydraulic system of the electric furnace,this article studies the modeling and fault simulation of hydraulic system of the electric furnace and the fault diagnosis technology.(1)Introduced the working principle of the electric furnace hydraulic system,introduced the basic functions of each circuit,and also introduced the key components of hydraulic system.Then taking the electric furnace hydraulic system as the research object,the common faults of the system are analyzed.(2)Taking electric furnace hydraulic system as an example,the hydraulic system simulation model of electric furnace was established by using AMEsim software.The fault parameters were injected into the simulation model by variable parameter method.Various fault models were selected by appropriate parameters.The fault simulation results were compared to find out Fault characteristic parameters,analyze the influence of fault parameters on the system,and provide sample data for fault diagnosis of electric furnace hydraulic system.(3)Using wavelet analysis theory to preprocess signal.First introduced the basic theory of wavelet analysis,and then introduced the principle of wavelet denoising,the focus of wavelet threshold denoising was analyzed,and finally the wavelet threshold denoising method of electric furnace hydraulic system signal denoising,access to valid data.(4)Using case-based reasoning technology to diagnose the fault of electric furnace hydraulic system.The fault data simulated by each fault model is the fault sample data,and the case inference technology is used to diagnose the fault data.The object case representation method is used to represent the failure cases of the electric furnace hydraulic system.The rough set theory is used to determine the weight coefficient of the fault cases of the electric furnace hydraulic system.The K nearest neighbor method is used to search and match the fault cases to find the best case.Finally,the case reasoning is applied to fault diagnosis of electric furnace hydraulic system.The case database of electric furnace hydraulic system is established.Using the rough set theory,the pump outlet pressure,hydraulic cylinder inlet pressure,hydraulic cylinder speed,hydraulic cylinder inlet The weight coefficients of the four attributes of traffic.This article uses the case-based reasoning method to verify three target cases,the first two target cases are successfully verified,and the third case is successfully verified through case modification.
