Vertical mill is a large scale equipment for efficient grinding and drying.It has the advantages of low energy consumption,high efficiency,good abrasive adaptability and strong drying ability and convenient maintenance.Therefore,it has been widely applied in cement industry in recent years.The hydraulic system is the most important equipment in the vertical mill.Its structure is complex,the working condition is bad,and the fault modalitys and causes are varied.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the fault diagnosis method of the hydraulic system of the opposing mill.First,taking the JLM-54.4 vertical mill as the research object,based on the theory of hydraulic system diagnosis,the common failure modes and failure mechanisms of the cement vertical mill hydraulic system are analyzed,and the methods of fault elimination are studied.Secondly,aiming at the common faults of the hydraulic system of cement vertical mill,the method of fault diagnosis expert system is raised based on fault tree,a cement mill hydraulic system fault tree,and has carried on the qualitative and quantitative analysis,on the basis of constructing the knowledge base of the expert system of cement vertical mill hydraulic system,complete the reasoning mechanism expert system algorithm.Finally,the algorithm flow of the expert system inference mechanism based on fault tree is analyzed by the example of the cement vertical mill hydraulic system.The results show the effectiveness of the diagnosis method.Then,through the example,the use of expert system reasoning mechanism,the cement vertical mill hydraulic system fault tree to the first search strategy research,identified the link between each database of expert system,the possibility of calculating Chu Ding what events,with results show the effectiveness of the proposed diagnosis method.
