| With the rapid development of our social economy and the advancement of industrialization,due to the extensive use and a large number of consumption of mineral resources,our country faces the problem of serious shortage of mineral resources which has become the basic issue of sustainable development strategy in our country.The beneficiation process is the key step in the metallurgy industry.The automation level of the thickening process is low,and the problems of high energy consumption and low efficiency are common.So the research of the method of optimization control of the thickening process in beneficiation has important theory and practical significance.This thesis first introduces the process principle of thickening process and the operation process of each link,and research and analyzes the mechanism model of thickening process which is established according to the slurry sedimentation principle,solid flux theory and mass conservation principle.And the static simulation and dynamic simulation are carried out based on the mechanism model,which verifies the validity of the mechanism model.Then,aiming at the problem of low efficiency of thickening process and high energy cost in the thickening-filter pressing process,the research group proposes a coordination and optimization control method of thickening-filter pressing process.Firstly,partial least square method are used to establish the pressure prediction model of thickening process,the prediction model of thickener underflow pump pump time,and the prediction model of filter pressing pump pump time.Based on above models established,the coordination and optimization control model of the thickening-filter pressing process is established,which takes the minimum energy consumption as the optimization objective,takes the operating variables as decision variables,and takes the prediction model for the process of thickeningfilter processing as one of the constraint conditions.The primal dual interior point method is applied to solve the model and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the coordination and optimization control method of thickening-filter pressing process.The actual operating results in the plant show that this method can increase the concentration of underflow,which effectively improves the production efficiency,while effectively reduce the energy consumption of the thickening-filter pressing.Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and the turbidity of tailings thickening process under the condition of frequent fluctuation of tailings,the research group proposes to come down to multi-objective optimization problem.Firstly,the simplified mechanism model is used to establish the prediction model of tailings thickening process.Based on the prediction model,a multi-objective optimization model of the tailings thickening process is established,which takes the maximum underflow concentration and the minimum probability of turbidity as optimization objectives,the underflow as decision variables,and the prediction model as one of the constraint conditions.NSGA-Ⅱ optimization algorithm is applied to optimize the solution,and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method. |
