Rolling process lubrication is the key technology of strip production and plays an important role in the rolling process.It can not only improve the surface quality of the product,control the shape of the plate,reduce the force energy parameters of the rolling process and prolong the life of the roller,but also the key to whether the mill can realize the high-speed rolling and the production of the limit specification products.In recent years,with the development of new products and high strength steel downstream users increasing demand for ordinary rolling mill of rolling thickness above 980MPa level,is difficult in high strength steel rolling thin 0.5mm?0.6mm specifications,while the 18 roller reversing mill for high strength steel production advantage lies in:(1)A large amount of pressure and the rolling force is small,easy to produce thin strip and can reduce energy consumption;(2)No work roll bearing and bearing seat,convenient roll changing,improve the production efficiency;(3)Can control the shape effectively,improve the quality of strip production.In this paper,the cooling and lubrication of 18 roll single stand rolling mill are studied theoretically and experimentally:(1)High strength steel cold rolling and tensile test at room temperature in the laboratory,the work hardening behavior of DP980 steel was studied,established the model of deformation resistance of high strength steel,laid the foundation for the rolling force and the accurate calculation of plastic deformation heat;(2)On the 18 roll reversible single stand cold rolling mill established the calculation model considering the strip temperature strip direct spray cooling,developed on the basis of the strip temperature simulation software,the measured value and the calculated values agree well with that of the developed software can be used to calculate the temperature of steel strip;(3)On the roll temperature field was simulated through lots of simulation calculation,the effects of factors of the initial temperature,roll the emulsion temperature and cooling strength and rolling speed on the roll temperature field,and provides a theoretical basis for determining the rolling process of emulsion flow field;(4)The establishment of the minimum oil film thickness model considering the influence of strip direct injection,analyzes the influence of rolling speed,strip deformation resistance,the viscosity of emulsion of oil film thickness,and the relationship model of experimental data gives the oil film thickness and friction coefficient;(5)Three high strength steel cold rolling lubrication oil experiment was carried out in the laboratory,and the establishment of the Stribeck curves of three kinds of lubricating oil by rolling experiment data,analyzed the characteristics of different.oil lubrication in rolling high strength steel,the results of this study provides technical support for the selection and use of the rolling oil.
