With the development of cold rolling technology towards high strength and high speed,face quality of cold-rolled products become the focus of attention.It is well known that good pe is the eternal objective in rolling field.Due to the temperature difference in the width ection of strip,the strip surface is prone to high-order flatness defects in the cold rolling cess.So it is important to control the temperature effectively in the rolling process.In this er,the temperature variation of strip,transverse temperature distribution,temperature field coil,roll temperature field and temperature intervention control were studied.The influence process parameters on strip temperature field and temperature field on strip shape was lyzed.The main contents of the work are as follows:(1)Based on the heat transfer characteristics of the rolling process,temperature model of d rolled strip was established,and the temperature evolution of strip was calculated by C++graming and the temperature at the entry and exit of each stand was obtained.Then the perature evolution of cold rolled strip with thickness of 1.149 mm and 0.475 mm was lyzed.(2)The roll temperature field was studied and the influencing factors were also analyzed.(?)-dimensional model along axial and circumferential direction of work roll was built based ANSYS software.The temperature field of work roll was simulated by applying equivalent t flux and heat transfer coefficient.The results show that the temperature difference on the al contact zone of roll increased by 0.9? and 5.6? with the increasing of rolling speed total rolling reduction rate,however decreased by 3.95? and 0.35? with the increasing(?)eat transfer coefficient and temperature of emulsion.(3)Two-dimensional temperature field model of cold rolled strip was created by ANSYS.(?)tly,the thermal image of the coil surface taken by the thermal imager was processed by(?)R software,and the transverse temperature distribution of the coil surface was obtained.ondly,the temperature distribution of the strip at the exit of the last stand was calculated by erse method.Then,using the strip temperature calculation model,more accurate heat(?)sfer parameters can be obtained and brought into the two-dimensional temperature field model of the cold rolled strip.Finally the effect of process parameters on the temperature field of strip was studied.From this research,the accurate temperature prediction of strip can be realized.(4)Temperature compensation of cold rolled strip was studied.The compensation scheme of strip shape influenced by temperature was made based on the analysis of the influence of temperature on strip shape and the setting principle of strip shape target curve.In addition,according to the principle of fine cooling of work roll,the setting method of the flow rate of roll fine cooling was studied,and the effect of fine cooling on the transverse temperature distribution and strip shape was analyzed.The results show that the transverse temperature difference of strip decreases by 3.1? and the shape of strip decreases from 11 I to 8 I after fine cooling control.
