| W-type radiant tube and burner use on it is a typical heating equipment which is widely used in industrial heating furnace.But there still has some common problems have’t been solved,such as the low uniformity of temperature distribution and the short lifespan on radiant tube which has a lot of bad effect on steady production of corporation.So in order to solve the problem,it is very indispensable to do some research on performance of burner used on W-type Radiant tube.Based on the performance of W-type radiant tube and its burner using on heating furnace in some steelworks,This article does some research on the subject investigated.After the numeric analysis and analog calculation on radiant tube and its burner with the help of simulation software named Ansys Fluent,some preliminary conclusion has been drawn.According to the basic conclusion we do some father tests on the radiant tube and burner in professional thermal technical laboratory,and give the ultimate reasons and optimum design of low uniformity of temperature distribution and the short lifespan on radiant tube.This article focus on the investigation of radiant tube uniformity of temperature distribution,shows the important influence factors.Experimental result illustrates that the performance of radiant tube and its burner is determined by several factors as follows structure type and physical dimension of burner,relative value of flow velocity of gas and combustion air,relative value of pressure of gas and combustion air,the relative proportion of first-combustion air and second-combustion air.For a fixed type burner,there exist a optimal physical dimension which makes it has best performance on radiant tube temperature uniformity.Research shows that the long the flame has the more radiant tube temperature uniformity has. |
