After the coating of metal products,the low adhesion between organic coatings and metal matrix often due to the "paint off' phenomenon.This phenomenon not only affects the appearance of the product quality,but also the safety of the products.Such as connector products,they are widely used in the aerospace field.But the product coating paints in the actual use happens "paint off" phenomenon frequently.The "paint off" phenomenon causes not only connectors of some important information(such as production date,batch)missing,but also affect the installation and use of connectors(if the important coating,such as color,docking rings etc.),which will directly affect the safety of aircraft.At the same time,adhesion is also a kind of performance index which is the society and the enterprise pursuit.A good adhesion coating products have the use of long cycle.But the poor adhesion will lead to the failure of the coating,resulting in mass loss.As one of the most important coating materials,epoxy resin organic coatings are widely used in the society.Because of the failure in material's adhesion,the social's loss caused by coating failure is also very large.In order to solve the practical engineering problem,this paper discusses to improve the method of organic coatings on metal adhesion in the angle of physics and chemistry.The study on the main reasons of metal adhesion's failure:the failure of coating pretreatment links(impurities on surface are not cleaned)will cause bubbles.At the same time,the poor adhesion between the coating and the metal substrate will lead to the coating failure.In angle of keeping the clean on the metal surface,and preventing the adhesion failure of the painting,this paper analyzes the mechanism of coating blister.At the same time,through the contrast test,the importance of residues above metal surface before coating is proved.And the related solutions are also given.At the same time,the silane coupling agent KH-560 is chosen as the molecular bridge which connects the two kinds of different materials.There are lots of advantages in using silane coupling agent on metal surface pretreatment,such as no pollution,wide application,low cost and the excellent adhesive properties with organic coatings.But because of the selectivity of silane coupling agent and metal substrates,organic coatings silane hydrolysis and preparation process on silane films of the surface of metal lead different pretreatment effect in the different types.This paper discusses hydrolysis process of KH-560.The effects of hydrolysis solvent and hydrolysis time,solution concentration and curing temperature on the stability of the system are studied.On the basis,a certain proportion of acrylic ester is added.The results show that the acrylic acid can promote the hydrolysis of silane coupling agent KH-560 silicon more hydroxyl(Si-OH)content and improve the adhesion.Because of the adhesive properties of steel for acrylate itself,it can make more improvement on the adhesion.In this paper,the silane film is prepared by dipping the stainless steel matrix into the silane solution,and then curing it.The results show that the adhesive strength of silane film have some connections with increasing silane hydrolysis time and curing time.With the increasing curing temperature and the concentration of silane solution.The regular changes increased first and then decreased;And then though a certain proportion of acrylic ester is added into the silane hydrolysis solution,mixed solution found in mixed proportion 30%,mixing time 2h,curing temperature 120?,the curing time of 2h,which can get the best adhesion.The effect on adhesion's increase is much more than the silane coupling agent simple hydrolysis's effect about 27%.At the same time,though testing the adhesive properties and corrosion resistance of the composite silane film,and the effects of the process on the film perform ance are verified.In this paper,the effects of the epoxy on stainless steel are studied.The silane coupling agent and additives correlation's excellence in pretreatment on metal surface are also verified.The results show that KH-560 can significantly improve the bonding strength of epoxy resin coating,and its corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance are also strong.
