With the rapid development of China's high-speed electrified railway,great achievements have been made in high-speed railway construction and high-speed railway technology,and the level of high-speed railway construction has been ranked the leading position in the world.In order to adapt to the national high-speed electrified railway planning requirements,to design speed will reach more than 600km/h high speed electric railway network,which requires improving the performance of high speed electrified railway facilities,which improve the performance of the contact line is particularly important,research and production of high-speed railway contact line plays a key role.In order to improve the performance of contact line for high speed railway,we need to improve the drawing die structure and drawing process.In this paper,the structural parameters of key components in high-speed rail contact line cold drawing process are studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The drawing principle of metal materials and the research on the drawing process of drawing.The force analysis of the line billet in drawing process is carried out,and the formula of drawing force is deduced by differential method.Based on the deformation mechanism of strand,the relation between drawing hardening and deformation is discussed.According to the drawing process of CTSH150 type contact line,the drawing pass distribution,the layout design,the initial drawing force and the selection of drawing lubrication are carried out.(2)The first line drawing die structure of CTSH150 type contact.Aiming at the CTSH150 type copper tin alloy contact line,based on the theoretical calculation of drawing,adopting different points fitting method,we designed different drawing dies,and discussed the influence of different structure dies on drawing process.According to the stress characteristics of mould and billet,a reasonable drawing die structure is selected to improve the drawing process and improve the strength of copper tin alloy contact wire.(3)The study of the plastic characteristic stress of die and line billet by drawing die angle.In order to correct the theoretical calculation and experience of die angle based on the simulation analysis of eight modules on the near range angle,obtained the die angle of die and blank lines affected by the plastic properties of stress,the 10 degree angle die by the mold plastic properties of the lowest stress variable also smaller,more conducive to prolong the mould life.(4)The study of multipass drawing process of CTSH150 type contact line.Based on the study of single pass drawing,the remaining five pass dies were analyzed.It was determined that the first five times were linear drawing dies,and the sixth times were exponential drawing dies.The causes of the stress and distribution of the plastic characteristic of the drawing die and the line billet are investigated in detail by the modeling of the six pass drawing system.The research on the structural parameters of the key components of the new high-speed rail contact line cold drawing technology is of great guiding significance for improving the strength of copper tin alloy contact wire,optimizing the drawing process and drawing process equipment design.
