Research On Optimization Of Equipment Spare Parts Purchasing Process In JT Company

With the development of the global economy,the competition among various industries is becoming more and more fierce.Competition among enterprises has become a competition between efficiency,cost and supply chain.Under the environment of supply chain,enterprises should not only optimize the allocation of internal resources,but also must close collaboration with suppliers,improve the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of the market,eliminate non value added and wait for link,so as to establish a strategic supplier relationship model,in order to realize the unified management of logistics,information flow and capital flow.Procurement as an important part of the supply chain,more and more attention,and constantly optimize the procurement process,improve procurement strategies,can help enterprises reduce costs and improve the profits of enterprises,the enterprise is very important.In this paper,a large domestic iron and steel enterprise JT company is selected as the research object,aiming at a series of problems such as long procurement application cycle,various procurement approval procedures,insufficient information and imperfect supplier management in the equipment spare part procurement process,The process of procurement approval and informatization,supplier development,procurement logistics and inventory management,settlement management and supplier evaluation management are analyzed and elaborated,and the deep-seated reasons for these problems are found out.With the idea of ECRS analysis as the guidance,the optimization proposal to solve the process of purchasing process is put forward.Through the study of JT company spare parts procurement process optimization,JT follow-up enterprises optimize the operation,standardized management,further improve the management of procurement support,at the same time,also can be similar to iron and steel enterprises to enhance the level of purchasing management and provide the reference.
