With the continuous upgrading of China's manufacturing products,especially aerospace products,whether it is the manufacture of tooling or the processing of aircraft parts,they have put forward higher requirements for the performance of high-precision CNC machine tools.And he core of the CNC system is the servo control system,which is also an important part of the CNC machine tool.The precision of the machine tool and the quality of the processed products mainly depend on the servo control system and the control status of mechanical properties.This requires the maintenance personnel of the CNC machine tool to periodically adjust the servo drive parameters to obtain higher quality processed parts.This article combines the problems encountered in the practical adjustment,with the optimization of the servo control system as the subject,so that the CNC machine tool can reach the optimal state.This article first introduces the development status of servo control technology and the method used for the servo control,establishes the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the parameter optimization method and fuzzy control technology in the three-loop control loop of Siemens servo system.Finally,the importance of optimization work is obtained through the analysis of specific cases.Based on the automatic and manual adjustment methods of Siemens CNC machine tools,the relevant control laws are obtained.Starting from the three-loop circuit of the driving system,the important control parameters of the machine tool are analyzed to formulate the best optimization plan.The fuzzy control technology is introduced to carry out adaptive control under the running state of motor,and the feasibility of fuzzy control motor is obtained by comparing the simulation results with Matlab simulation software.Finally,the conclusion is applied to the actual servo parameter control.Through the parameter optimization of the servo drive system,the machining performance of the machine tool is significantly improved and the product quality is finally improved.
