Vibration is a common problem in engineering and technology field,and is also one of the main environmental factors of equipment failure in aviation,aerospace,transportation and other engineering fields.In order to ensure that the equipment can work well in the actual vibration environment,vibration environment test is usually required before the product is delivered for use.In the vibration test,the tested parts generally is through the vibration on the surface of the vibration fixture to the vibration table,signal and energy of the vibrating table usually is passed on to the fixture first,and then through the fixture is passed on to the device under test,so the vibration fixture is a key component in the vibration environment test,a large number of literature shows that vibration fixture is good or bad will directly affects the performance of the authenticity and reliability of the vibration test,so the vibration fixture design research is of great significance for the vibration environment test.Therefore,in view of the structural characteristics of an electronic cabin in the background of the project,this paper carried out the study on the structural design and structural dynamic optimization of special triaxial vibration fixture,and mainly used the finite element analysis method to research the vibration transfer characteristics of triaxial vibration fixture.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.(1)The structural design and improvement design of triaxial vibration fixture are studied.In view of the structural characteristics of electronic cabin,according to the design requirements and design criteria of vibration fixture,the structure design scheme of three-axis vibration fixture is proposed,and the solid modeling of vibration fixture is completed.In addition,frequency response characteristics of the original design model of vibration fixture are analyzed.Based on the simulation results,the original design of vibration fixture is improved and verified.(2)The simulation analysis method of multi-objective dynamic characteristic optimization design of triaxial vibration fixture is explored.Through the establishment of the mathematical model for the optimization design of three-axis vibration fixture,Solid Works and ANSYS Workbench co-simulation optimization technology were adopted to optimize the size of the vibration fixture based on multi-objective genetic algorithm.The optimized model is verified,and the result shows that the optimized design can well realize thelightweight design requirements of the vibration fixture and the objective of the first order natural frequency maximization,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimized design.(3)The vibration transfer characteristics of triaxial vibration fixture are studied.Modal analysis and random vibration analysis are carried out for the whole system model with and without the fixture model,and the results are compared and analyzed to study the vibration transfer characteristics of the vibration fixture model optimized to ensure the rationality and feasibility of the vibration fixture design.
