As an important additive,filter capsules are widely used in food,medical and tobacco fields.The blasting sound of filter capsule is a unique product during the normal use of filter capsule,which contains a wealth of information on physical parameters of filter capsule.As a mature technology,sound detection has some features of high measurement accuracy,good real-time property and good scalability.The thesis applies sound detection technology to the test and analysis of the blasting sound of filter capsule,and does a series of further studies.Aiming at the demand for blasting sound acquisition of filter capsule,a reasonable sound acquisition scheme and noise isolation scheme were selected to provide a clear direction for the blasting sound acquisition of filter capsule.Through In-depth study of the sound signal processing flow and based on the clear and sharp characteristics of the blasting sound of filter capsule,several types of characteristic parameters were proposed which may be able to describe this characteristic in the time and frequency domains.According to the research and analysis the structure characteristics and working methods of the blasting sound acquisition device for filter capsule,a suitable sound sensor was selected which can meet the need of sound acquisition,and a soundproof tank was designed for the sound acquisition of filter capsule.Through analyzing the characteristics of the blasting sound of filter capsule,the blasting sound was extracted from the collected original signal by the double threshold method for endpoint detection.According to analyzing the noises existing in the blasting sound,some reasonable ways were used to eliminate them.Through contrasting the difference of different types of blasting sound in the parameters of maximum amplitude,energy,root mean square,zero-crossing rate,basic frequency,peak of basic frequency,center of spectrum and etc.,some characteristic parameters which can effectively characterize the clear and sharp characteristics ofblasting sound were selected.According to the requirements of blasting sound acquisition and characteristic analysis,a software platform for blasting sound acquisition and characteristic analysis system was built to realize automatic collection of blasting sound and display of characteristic parameters.Applying sound measurement technology to the test and analysis of the blasting sound of filter capsule fills the blank of acoustic detection in the filed of filter capsule for tobacco.It is very important in improving the quality evaluation system of filter capsule and deepening the company's comprehensive understanding of filter capsule.
