Research On T Company's Working Capital Management Based On Financial Sharing Model

Financial management is the core of modern enterprise management.Working capital has the characteristics of both liquidity and profitability,which is more worthy of attention in financial management.The daily business activities of enterprises depend on the management of working capital.In the complex market competition environment,the competition in the industry is becoming more and more fierce.The continuous expansion of enterprises and complex business processes bring new challenges to working capital management.However,the traditional working capital management focuses on the optimization of internal structure and the determination of the best holding amount,which is easy to cause the problem of capital chain rupture.Relying on traditional technology,service and brand effect is not enough to meet the needs of today's society.We should actively expand the new market environment and seek more effective methods to improve the level of working capital management.In the research of working capital management,under the background of "Internet plus" era,many enterprises have tried to introduce financial sharing service from the previous supply chain to channel management and management,and combine it with working capital,which can play a greater role in helping enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.In this paper,theoretical research and case study are combined to find problems in working capital management of T company,and to solve them by introducing shared services.The framework of this paper is as follows: the first part is the introduction,through summarizing the excellent articles at home and abroad and combining with the industry background,combing the literature of financial sharing service,working capital management and working capital management based on the financial sharing service mode,and elaborating the research significance and purpose of the article;the second part defines the related theories as the foreshadowing of the following paper;The third part mainly includes the description of the current situation of working capital management and the analysis of the existing problems of T company.Firstly,using factor analysis method to build the performance evaluation model of working capital management,this paper introduces the existing problems from three aspects of working capital turnover efficiency,data processing ability and financial information transfer efficiency,and then further analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the introduction of financial co-operation The fourth part puts forward the solution of the combination of Financial Sharing and working capital management to improve the current working capital management of T company;the fifth part puts forward the implementation and supporting measures to improve the working capital management based on financial sharing services,in order to achieve the expected results.This paper introduces financial sharing service into T company's working capital management,which is of practical significance to help it improve its management level.
