The amorphous films obtained by physical vapor deposition usually have unique properties,such as higher glass transition temperature,lower enthalpy,better stability,higher density and higher modulus.The ordinary glass obtained by cold quenching have similar characteristics after tens of thousands of years of annealing.So this kind of glass is called ultra-stable glass.Many literatures have reported that the changes of its stability,density,modulus and other performance characteristics are often affected by the substrate temperature.It is meaningful to explore the relationship between the magnetic and electrocatalytic properties of the PVD glass and the substrate temperature.In this paper,the relationship between the magnetic?electrocatalytic properties and the substrate temperature is consisted of the following aspects: 1.The deposition power and time are controlled by magnetron sputtering instrument and the substrate temperature is changed.One of the samples was annealed and crystallized at high temperature.2.The structure of samples was characterized by XRD.3.Each sample made under different substrate temperature was measured by SQUID.And then we analyzed the relationship between magnetism of sample and substrate temperature.4.The catalytic performance of OER was measured by electrochemical workstation,and the change of catalytic performance index with substrate temperature was analyzed.The catalytic performance of the samples was improved by changing the substrate.Under different substrate temperature,the magnetic and electrocatalytic properties of the deposited glass can be effectively changed.It will further enrich people's understanding of the deposited glass by exploring the relationship between the magnetism and electrocatalytic properties of the deposited metallic glass and the substrate temperature in this paper.At the same time,the sample obtained in this paper is a good OER amorphous catalyst,which has a certain application prospect.
