With the global warming and the increasingly shortage of resource and energy,how to make the manufacturing process efficient,energy saving and resource saving has become the focus of current research.High-speed dry hobbing,as a high efficiency gear processing technology,has the characteristics of high energy consumption and high tool loss during high speed cutting,and the selection of hobbing process parameters directly affects the processing quality,energy consumption,tool life and efficiency,etc,so it is of great significance to optimize the decision.In this paper,a high speed dry cutting hobbing process parameters decision system considering energy consumption and tool life was studied.First of all,the current situation of hobbing process parameters decision making at inland and abroad was analyzed in this paper,and the significance of the research on high-speed dry hobbing process parameters decision making system considering energy consumption and tool life was expounded,which combined with the characteristics of hobbing process parameters decision making and the requirements of informatization and integration.An overall scheme of a high-speed dry hobbing process parameters decision system considering energy consumption and tool life was presented,the functional structure of the system was proposed.Then,the key technology of high-speed dry hobbing process parameters decision system considering energy consumption and tool life was studied.The hobbing process parameters of multi-objective optimization decision-making method which based on GABP neural network and A variant of NSGA-? was proposed,the optimization model based on A variant of NSGA-? constructing subject,with minimum energy consumption,the maximum tool life as the optimization goal,with continuous optimization,the pareto optimal solutions that matches the gear hobbing process problem was acquired;Facing the problem of hobbing process data acquisition,a configurable integration method of hobbing process data based on components was proposed,which designed special components for different data sources to achieve data integration,and realized the configuration of hobbing process data integration information through configuration template setting,which enhanced the compatibility and scalability of the system.Finally,on the basis of above research,a set of energy consumption and the tool life of high-speed dry hobbing process parameters decision system has been developed,the system has implemented the process parameters optimization decision-making,similar cases retrieval,workpiece database management,tool database management,process instance database management,system set,data integration,and other functions,which has been helpful to high-speed dry hobbing process parameters of reasonable selection and has important practical value.
