With the continuous development and application of advanced computer technologies such as network technology,information technology,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and big data,information,integration,coordination and networking have become the development trends of the manufacturing industry.At the same time,new manufacturing models and concepts such as cloud manufacturing,networked collaborative processing and industrial internet have been put forward one after another to better realize centralized sharing of decentralized resources and manufacturing information interconnection in the manufacturing industry.However,the traditional process decision support system that uses a single machine tool as the operating carrier does not show these new features.The specific performance is that it is difficult to integrate the processing knowledge stored in multiple machine processing equipments into one another.It is difficult to realize the sharing of processing knowledge among machine tools with different CNC system brands produced by different manufacturers.In view of this,this dissertation focuses on the research of integrated process parameter optimization decision support system for gear hobbing,explores the key technologies such as the unified standard specification of gear hobbing heterogeneous machining information,the optimization of process parameters based on case-based reasoning.First of all,the thesis analyzes the characteristics of existing gear hobbing process parameters decision-making system at home and abroad,and expounds the significance of studying the optimization process of integrated process parameters decision support system for gear hobbing.Combining the needs of the enterprise to the development mode of information-based integrated processing,an overall plan for the integrated process parameter decision system of hobbing machine equipment was put forward,and its function was elaborated in detail.Then,the key technologies involved in the optimization process of the integrated process parameters optimization for hobbing are discussed in detail.For a large number of wide-area heterogeneous distributed hobbing processing information,ontology-based representation methods are used to perform ontology modeling of key attributes such as attributes,instances,and relationships of process decision ontology,and OWL ontology description language is used to display hobbing processing knowledge.expression.In the optimization of gear hobbing process parameters,using gray relational analysis in the process of knowledge management platform for alternative examples of similar instances of retrieval,through calculating the gray relational degree and setting the retrieval threshold,a similar process instance set is obtained as the retrieval result,and the similar example set is further optimized in the retrieval result to obtain the corresponding hobbing process parameters.Finally,based on the research of the above-mentioned architecture and key technologies,an integrated process parameter decision support system for hobbing machining was developed.Combined with the actual requirements of a machine tool factory in Chongqing,the research results of this paper were applied and achieved good results.
