Facing the severe situation of exhaustion of shallow mineral resources in China,developing deeper mineral resources has become an important strategy for our country.Mine hoist as "throat equipment" to connect up and down of the well,research and development of ultra-deep mine hoisting equipment with well depths greater than 1500 m has become the key to exploit deep mineral resources.The existing single rope winding hoist and friction hoist can t meet the requirements of heavy loads,high efficiency and high safety of ultra-deep well,double-rope multi-layer winding hoist is an innovative method to realize ultra-deep well lifting.The guarantee of the winding synchronization between the wire ropes of the ultradeep mine winding hoist has an important effect on the safe and reliable operation of the hoist system.Aiming at the wire ropes' tension difference caused by the unsynchronized winding deformation between the two rope areas of the drum,the interaction between the length and tension of the two ropes and the amount of tension reduction of the wire ropes during the winding process was considered,the beam on elastic foundation theory was used to derive the radial deformation equations of the thick-shell with elastic supporting wheel drum under different force conditions,and then the coupling calculation model of the wire ropes dynamic tension,the wire ropes' tension difference and the drum deformation was established.By calculating wire ropes' maximum tension differences of different drum structures during winding,the influence law of the different wire ropes' fixation modes and the positions of the supporting wheels on the wire ropes' tension differences was summarized.The correctness of the numerical calculation results was also verified by finite element analysis software.The results show that the drum structure has a great influence on the synchronization of double-rope multi-layer winding wire ropes.The unreasonable combinations of wire ropes' fixation modes and the positions of the supporting wheels will cause the wire ropes' tension difference to exceed 10%,which will endanger the operation safety of the lifting system.When the positions of the left and right supporting wheels are symmetrically arranged,the winding synchronization of the wire ropes between the left-right and rightleft wire ropes' fixation modes of the drum is the same,and it is same between the leftleft and right-right wire ropes' fixation modes.In the case of optimal positions of the supporting wheels,the wire ropes' tension difference in the left-right and right-left wire ropes' fixation modes is significantly smaller than that in the left-left and right-right wire ropes' fixation modes.The double-rope winding hoist is the optimal structure when the left and right supporting wheels are symmetrically arranged in the left-right or right-left wire ropes' fixation mode.The research methods and results will offer theoretical references for the drum structure design and wire ropes winding synchronization guarantee of the ultra-deep mine double-rope multi-layer winding hoist.
