Mine hoist is an important transportation equipment in mine shaft.With the rapid development of social economy,people's demand for mineral resources is also increasing.More than 80% of China's coal resources need to be obtained through mine shaft.With the gradual decrease of shallow mineral resources,deep mining has become the inevitable choice of mining resources in the future.The traditional single-rope winding and multi-rope friction hoists have some limitations when applied in deep shafts.The double-rope winding hoist system can overcome these problems.And it is expected to be an effective way to solve the transportation problem of deep shafts.During the running period of the double-rope winding hoist system,the winding differences between the two drums will cause the tension imbalance of the ropes.How to ensure the smooth operation of the double-rope winding hoist system is an important issue.This thesis is mainly focus on the double-rope winding hoist system in mine shaft,using the theory of modeling,numerical simulation and software simulation to study dynamic characteristics of double-rope winding hoist system,detuning mechanism of drum winding,different system running trajectory,adjusting strategy and optimization of tension balance device and floating head sheave,for the safe running of the double-rope winding hoist system.Firstly,in order to study the dynamics model and dynamic characteristics of the double-rope winding hoist system,a dynamic model of double-rope winding mine hoist system is established,and solved by Newmark method.And the rope tension and the natural frequency of the double-rope winding mine hoist system are obtained.And the dynamic response of drum winding detuning is obtained by using the dynamic model of double-rope winding mine hoist system.Secondly,in order to study the dynamic response of the operation curve of the double-rope winding hoist system,the influence of different operation curves of the double-rope winding hoist system on the rope tension is analyzed.Analyses the fluctuation of the five phase velocity diagram,velocity diagram of acceleration stage velocity as a parabola,and S shaped speed curve on the dynamic response of rope tension and the acceleration.For the choice of reasonable system operating curve,and reducing the rope tension fluctuation when acceleration,provide guidance.Then,for the problem of the dynamic response under the tension adjustment,an auxiliary adjustment strategy of floating head sheave is put forward,which can reduce the rope tension fluctuation.The response law of the tension balance device is mastered which has different pipe diameter.And the adjustment effectiveness of the tension balance device is improved.Finally,an AMESim simulation model is established by AMESim software,and the validity of the dynamic model of the double-rope winding hoist system is verified.This thesis has 90 figures,4 tables and 84 references.
