The surface quality of mechanical parts is extremely important to the equipment.The surface quality will affect the service life,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,etc.Meanwhile,it will also affect the mechanical parts,as well as the performance of the equipment.For aircraft,the importance of aero engines is self-evident,and the blisk is a very important part of the aero engine.The surface quality of the blisk seriously affects the life and performance of the aero engine.At present,the domestic research on the blisk is not yet mature,and there is a lack of relevant research on the application direction of the barrel finishing technology in the blisk.Due to the closedness of the equipment and the limitations of the processing conditions,this paper uses discrete element simulation software to study the influence of the parameters of the flow field distribution of the one-dimensional vibratory barrel finishing and the related parameters of the overall blade disk on the processing effect.The research content and results are as follows:(1)Summarize and introduce the surface finishing technology,summarize and analyze the current domestic and international research status of the blisk,and at the same time put forward the plan of the vibratory barrel grinding finishing blade.(2)Study the flow field characteristics of particles in one-dimensional vibratory barrel finishing,and study the influence and changes of different motion parameters on the flow field characteristics of particles.According to the position characteristics,the particles are divided into three layers,and the velocity and position change of particles at different positions are analyzed and summarized.The interaction force of particles at different depths and the change rule of particle velocity are analyzed.The effect of different parameters on the overall climbing height of the particles was studied.As the frequency and amplitude increased,the climbing height of the particles increased,and as the tube width increased,the climbing height decreased.(3)Modeling the ZLC100 horizontal vibrating barrel finishing equipment,using this model for vibration simulation,analyzing the climbing height of the particles at different frequencies,and the processing effect on the workpiece at different frequencies,through simulation The results are compared with the experimental data to verify the reliability and feasibility of the simulation.(4)Simplify the modeling of the blisk,and study the horizontal vibration type and vertical vibration type barrel finishing of the blisk respectively.It is proposed to tilt the blisk to a certain degree during horizontal vibration barrel finishing,and to study the effect of the tilt angle on the processing effect.According to the influence of different parameters,more suitable processing parameters are obtained.When processing the blisk by horizontal vibration barrel polishing,it is recommended that the inclination angle of the blisk is 15 ?.It is recommended to choose a smaller value for the amplitude and frequency.Although the processing amount is smaller when the frequency and amplitude are small,the uniformity of the leaf surface of the blisk and the back of the leaf is better.When processing the blisk by vertical vibration barrel finishing,it is appropriate to choose the drum amplitude of 7 mm,and the uniformity of the leaf surface and the back of the leaf is the lowest value at 7 mm.The frequency should now be selected to be less than 40 Hz.Although the processing amount is smaller when the frequency is lower,the uniformity of the leaf surface of the blisk and the back of the leaf is better.In this paper,the discrete element software EDEM is used to analyze the onedimensional vibratory barrel finishing.The influence of different parameters on the characteristics of the particle flow field provides a certain theoretical basis and reference for the subsequent vibratory barrel finishing.The vertical vibration is studied separately.The relative technological parameters of the integral and horizontal vibration type barrel finishing of the blisk,and the relatively reasonable processing parameter range obtained have certain guiding significance for the subsequent experimental processing of the blisk.
