Austenitic stainless steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties and technological properties,and has been widely used in many fields such as industry,civil,national defense and so on.However,pitting corrosion easily occurs during service,which endangers its service safety and causes huge economic losses.In recent years,the rapid development of industrialization has led to increased air pollution and frequent haze weather,which has accelerated the corrosion of austenitic stainless steel to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the corrosion behavior of stainless steel in the smog medium and put forward effective protective measures to ensure the safety and reliability of austenitic stainless steel.Corrosion refers to the damage caused by the chemical or electrochemical interaction between the metal and the surrounding environment.Therefore,to prevent corrosion,it is necessary to study how to prevent metal materials from being damaged in the surrounding environment.The unique properties of the superhydrophobic surface can reduce the contact and interaction of the substrate with moist atmosphere and corrosive media,so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion.In order to improve the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel,the hydrophobic surface of the surface textured Hexadecyltrimethoxysilane was prepared on the matrix of austenitic stainless steel(304 and 316 stainless steel).The water contact angle,open circuit potential and polarization curve of related samples were tested.The hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of related samples were discussed.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The optimal parameters are determined by studying different pore spacings.The order of the obtained hydrophobic properties from high to low is d=50 ?m > d=80 ?m > d=150 ?m > d=250 ?m > smooth surface austenitic stainless steel(d=0 constant m).The results showed that the surface superhydrophobic properties of austenitic stainless steel prepared by laser surface textured +hexadecyltrimethoxysilane modification were the best(WCA more than 150°).(2)Drop juices,milk,soda and other liquids on the prepared surface,and itis found that the superhydrophobic surface has good antifouling property,and the rolling Angle is 3°.In addition,the superhydrophobic surface also has superlipophilic(oil contact angle is 0°)and self-cleaning performance,which can be applied in a variety of applications.(3)Electrochemical test results show that the surface of austenitic stainless steel composite prepared by surface texture(d=50 ?m)+Hexadecyltrimethoxysilane(HDTMS)has higher corrosion potential and lower corrosion current,indicating that The best corrosion resistance.In addition,through the observation of the morphology before and after electrochemical corrosion and the analysis of the open circuit and polarization curve,it was found that only the treatment of Hexadecyltrimethoxysilane can also improve the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel surface.
