rig(referred to as kilometer directional drilling rig)is necessary for various directional drilling construction operations such as gas drainage,underground water drainage,geological structure and coal seam thickness detection,coal seam water injection,roof and floor grouting,etc.The reliability and safety of the tool directly affect the production safety and operating efficiency of the coal mine.As an important part of the power unit of the thousand-meter directional drilling rig-the driving motor and the hydraulic oil tank,its working performance and operating state are directly related to the drilling progress and drilling efficiency.Therefore,the development of a power unit control and monitoring system(electronic control system)with independent intellectual property rights has important practical significance and practical value.Through the investigation and research on the electrical control system of kilometer directional drilling at home and abroad,it is found that most of the currently used kilometer directional drilling rigs still use the traditional jog control type electronic control system,that is,the entire system is completed through series and parallel connection of various relay nodes Control,it has deficiencies in the flexibility of system design,safety lockout,reliability of electrical protection algorithms,and diversity of functions.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the intelligent kilometer directional drilling electrical control system as the research goal,and uses a combination of simulation andexperiment to study the overall scheme,failure mechanism,protection method,software and hardware circuit of the electronic control system.The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,based on the technical requirements of the intelligent kilometer directional drilling rig,on the basis of analyzing the rig system composition,system control and protection functions,the state parameters and control parameters that affect the working stability of the kilometer directional drilling rig are determined,based on advanced computer control technology,Designed the overall scheme of the intelligent kilometer directional drilling electric control system based on multi-controllers,using STM32F407 as the central controller,together with the functional module circuit equipped with embedded micro-controller,to form a distributed and modular monitoring and monitoring system on site,Realize the information detection,status analysis,fault diagnosis and intelligent control of kilometer directional drilling rig.Provide technical guarantee for reliable operation of drilling directional kilometer drilling rig.As a large-scale electromechanical and hydraulic integration mine equipment,the electrical failure of the 1000-meter directional drilling rig and the safety hazards between the units are the main factors affecting its reliable work.Based on the analysis of common motor faults,the mechanism of its occurrence was revealed,its characterization parameters were determined,and fault detection and protection schemes were designed.Based on the special environment of the drill site,the potential safety hazards between the electrical system and the non-electrical system are analyzed,and the security measures of the intrinsically safe electronic control system are determined to provide technical guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the electronic control system.The hardware circuit of the electronic control system is the key link to realize the functional control,status monitoring and safety blocking of the directional drilling rig.Based on the technical requirements of the overall plan,the motor protection and the principle of system safety blocking,based on the modular and embedded design ideas,the design Hardware circuits that implement various control and protection functions,including the main control module,voltage and current detection module,leakage detection module,leakage blocking module,switching safety barrier module,etc.In particular,innovative design of thermal resistance safety barrier module and pilot circuit module,Ensure that the remote control circuit can ensure that the pilot circuit does not erroneously signal whether it is open circuit,short circuit,single-point grounding,or multi-point grounding,and in the event of a fault,the fault current is less than the minimum current of the ignition gas,which ensures the electronic control The intrinsic safety of the system.Secondly,in addition to a reliable hardware circuit,a good control system must also have strong software support.According to the basic functions and technical indicators proposed by the project,based on the standard C language and Keil5 platform,according to the structured program design idea,the control program and various functional programs of the electronic control system are designed,including the main control program,system protection program,and leakage detection Module program,communication program and other related function programs.Through the test and debugging,the rationality and correctness of the designed program are verified.Finally,according to the technical requirements of the intelligent kilometer directional drilling rig and the coal mine safety regulations,the test system is designed,the test platform is built,and the designed software and hardware circuits are tested for functions and indicators.The experimental results show that the hardware circuits of each functional module designed have stable performance and reliable operation;the modular software designed has high reliability and good redundancy,and various technical indicators have met the design requirements;it solves various problems in traditional systems At the same time,it meets the basic control,real-time monitoring and safety protection requirements of the kilometer directional drilling rig power system.
