With the continuous increase of car ownership,vehicle lightweight and the use of new energy are particularly important.The motor of hybrid electric vehicle will produce a lot of heat when it is in a large load and complex condition.As one of the important parts of the motor cooling system,the strength and durability of the stator inner water jacket directly affect the life of the cooling device.Therefore,the research on the forming technology of stator inner water jacket can not only effectively reduce the oil consumption,but also reduce the production cost.In this paper,the stator inner water jacket with large complex coefficient is taken as the research object,the forging process of the stator inner water jacket is analyzed,the die structure of the water jacket forging is designed,the process is simulated by software,and the forging parameters are optimized.First of all,according to the complex forging process and the size and complexity of stator water jacket,the forging process is analyzed.The forging process is divided into three steps: upsetting,initial forging and precision forging,and the process parameters of each step are determined.The blank model,flat anvil model,initial forging die model and forging die required by the forging process are designed preliminarily The forging temperature range of the blank material is determined by the study and analysis of the material with DEFORM software.Secondly,the three stages of the forming process of stator inner water jacket are simulated by DEFORM software.The main analysis includes: stress distribution and load stroke curve,metal streamline,temperature field distribution and special point tracking.According to the results of numerical simulation,the feasibility of the process is determined.Thirdly,using DEFORM software to optimize the parameters of the initial forging and the final forging of the stator water jacket forming process,selecting reasonable parameters to improve the forging defects that are easy to appear in the production process,and to solve the phenomenon of folding,filling defects and serious flash in the forming process.Finally,tensile test and metallographic test are carried out on the stator inner water jacket after forging to further verify the hardness,ensure the accuracy of process parameters and the reliability of product quality.
