Metal materials play an important role in the development of human society.Nowadays,various metal materials are more closely related to the development of human society.The problem of metal corrosion is related to various industries of the national economy.The corrosion of metals will seriously affect the performance of metal products and mechanical equipment.The loss caused by metal corrosion worldwide is very large every year.Therefore,anti-corrosion technology is particularly important,so anti-corrosion technology is particularly important.So far,anti-corrosion technology has developed a variety of methods.The use of anti-rust lubricating oil on the surface of metal acts as the protection of the surface coating of the metal material,which is one of the most common methods of metal material protection.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of barium petroleum sulfonate,lanolin magnesium soap,and benzotriazole added to PAO8 as rust inhibitors on the high-temperature corrosion inhibition and rust prevention performance.First add these three rust inhibitors to PAO8 base oil,and use magnetic stirring and ultrasonic to configure into many kinds of single anti-rust lubricants and composite anti-rust lubricants,and then used the copper corrosion experiment and salt spray experiment to study the high-temperature corrosion inhibition performance and anti-rust performance of three kinds of rust inhibitors,barium petroleum sulfonate,magnesium lanolin soap,and benzotriazole in PAO8 base oil.The results showed that the optimal addition amounts of barium sulfonate,lanolin magnesium soap and benzotriazole were about 10%,5% and 0.15% respectively in the copper corrosion test and salt spray test,lanolin magnesium soap has the best corrosion inhibition performance and barium petroleum sulfonate has the best rust prevention performance.The combination of the three rust inhibitors has a synergistic effect.When barium petroleum sulfonate,magnesium lanolin soap,and benzotriazole were formulated with mass fractions of 10%,5%,and 0.1%,respectively,the rust prevention time was 160 h,and the high temperature corrosion inhibition time was more than 720 h.Use infrared to observe the oil before and after the copper corrosion test and study the changes of the oil substance,used metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray energy spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer to characterize the copper and steel and finally analyzed mechanism of action.This research successfully dispersed barium sulfonate,lanolin magnesium soap and benzotriazole evenly and stably into PAO8 base oil,and studied their high temperature corrosion inhibition and rust resistance.The optimal addition quantity of a single rust inhibitors and the relative optimal combination of three rust inhibitors were obtained.The combination of three kinds of rust inhibitors forms good physical and chemical multimolecular layer adsorption films on the metal surface,which improves the ability to protect the metal and has synergistic effect.
